Xana Hotel at Qianmen Street

The room does not have air conditioning. It didn’t specify in the brochure., which is not telling the truth about the condition of the room . It was mentioned with the front desk, however, there is no solution to rectify the situation, especially the room without air conditioning and window. Talk to the front desk and they mentioned that starting May, the air conditioning will be turn it on. This information should be informed in the hotel information. This hotel is the worse hotel that we had for 3 weeks vacation in China, which is no air circulation and not telling the truth if the room will not have air conditioning. Bad experience with this hotel. Moreover, the shower door is not able to close properly, so the water was spilled out. We informed the front desk, but no action to fix this problem.

Very strategic location for visiting Forbidden City, Tiananmen and Temple of Heaven. Right on Qianmen street. Beware that it is located on pedestrian street, hence when taking a taxi, drop off would be 200 meters away, not bad, but just fyi

Very good location. Qianmen street is a great tourist location since there are plenty of traditional Beijing shops and restaurants with a direct view of Tianmen. Helpful staff and overall a really pleasant stay. Thank you to the lady at the front desk for upgrading my room.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Qianmen Street, close to the subway, restaurants and attractions in central Beijing. Very friendly and attentive staff.

The room was nice. We got room upgrade to the one with windows only 100Rmb on arrival. - body shower, shampoo, conditioner kit is too little for 2 people. - floor map is a little confusing to find elevator at first but you will get used to it on the next day. - shower room has music automatically turn on when using, which is both a plus and many minus - air conditioner & light won't be off when you go out, the room always warm - location is super good & room design was nice and clean, will stay again next time if the price is still competitive

Taxi is not allowed going through Xianmen st. Quite confuse to find the hotel. But location and service is good

Great location near two stations, cannot drive down street so if getting a cab will drop you close but not at hotel. No fridge in room, Bathroom is very nice when you shower it plays music haha. Would stay again

The location is very close to Tiananmen square. Staff is so nice. I think I will come again.
