Since the checkin we were handled by a young lady name Li Ruo Tong, she is very suitable in the frontline with a warm hospitality, indeed very helpful, assist us with express check-in proces, expedite and explain everything well. We are grateful that your frontliner have an excellent service attitude. This hotel is recommended for travellers to Beijing with accessible prime locations, we are group of 3 families with infants, had an enjoyable stays. The room always get clean, tidy and neat everyday. Cleaning level 100%. Most important is this Hotel connected to Shopping Malls. Very well done for this hotel. Hopefully keep up the standard as always. Thank you.

One of the best parts of our trip was staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel. Here’s what made it onto my “top highlights” list: • The metro station is just 300 meters away — very convenient. • The surroundings are clean and well-maintained. • There is a small mall right next to the hotel. • The mall has a supermarket on the lower level, and there’s a 7 Fresh grocery market next to the metro station. Also, a convenience store is located right next to the hotel. • The area around the hotel is filled with dining options: fast food chains like Domino’s Pizza, KFC, McDonald’s; plenty of local restaurants and eateries, a Starbucks, and three local coffee shops. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Room for improvement: The carpet in the room was a bit worn and could use updating.

All aspects are very good, close to Nanjing South Railway Station and subway station, quiet in a bustling city, with Baoguo Temple at the door (don't make the mistake of going to Huguo Temple). I will recommend it to my friends!

Location is well located, walkable to all the main walking streets with plenty of eateries. Room is super spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and high tea set provided is superb. Only downside is the water shower heater is not stable all the time. Other than that all is good and totally recommended.

The hotel service is warm and thoughtful. We didn't know how to make reservations for the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, but the beautiful lady at the front desk answered all our questions and taught us how to operate them. The hotel is in a good location, about 3 kilometers away from Tiananmen Square, with convenient public transportation and close to the subway station. The room uses smart lighting mode, the quilt covers and sheets are clean and tidy, and the buffet breakfast is rich in variety.

It’s a wonderful hotel at a wonderful location! Take bus 141, stop at Qianmen bus stop. And you will walk through a wonderful Beijing stylish little shops, then you will arrive at Dashilan! It is at the very beginning of Dashilan! Walk through Xianyukou to catch your bus 141 to get to Wangfujing!

I booked a single room at a special offer. When I checked in, because there were extra rooms, I was upgraded to a 1.5-meter double bed room for free. It has a window and you can see the river next to it. If you need toiletries, you need to get them at the front desk. The front desk staff is also very nice. Just let me know if you need anything. It is also very close to the Grand View Garden.

This stay experience was great! The environment is particularly good, the lobby is spacious and bright, the room is elegantly furnished and comfortable, and the details are attentive, making people feel relaxed as soon as they enter the door. Hygiene is nothing to say, the sheets are clean and refreshing, the bathroom is spotless, even the tabletop and corners are cleaned thoroughly, and the living is particularly at ease. The service attitude is particularly good, the staff greeted with smiles throughout the whole process, warm and thoughtful. Any problems in the middle of the contact at the front desk were solved very well. Hotel location is also very suitable, convenient transportation, go out to take a taxi, take a bus is convenient. It takes about half an hour to drive to several popular attractions around, not far from the crowd, just to avoid the crowd, the itinerary is particularly smooth. The overall experience is full, I will choose this one next time, I really recommend it to everyone!

The location is very convenient (few minutes walk from two metro stations). The staff doesn’t speak English but is kind and does its best to communicate with the translator app. We had a room without windows (with always-on air filter) which was ok for the few days we stayed there. Very comfortable bed and pillows, blankets slightly too warm (if you don’t like to keep the ac on all the time like us).

The experience was great, the receptionist, 小花, was really helpful and kind when she was helping me with the check-in. The service they offered was great; they helped tidy my room up every day and even helped me collect my parcel while I was out of the hotel. Facilities-wise, though the room was not big, it had everything it should have. The room was clean and gave a very authentic vibe of how locals are staying
