The hotel located in city center but not noisy area, easy to go around to visit the attractions, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience store nearby, The reception Yan and Zhu is very nice, they have good service mind, always helpful and comfort me during the 4 nights stay, we got the welcome little gift from during the duanwu festival, please dont hesistant to stay here !

The room is large and clean. It is a smart hotel. It is also very convenient to the subway station and scenic spot. The cost performance is very high. The toilet is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very satisfactory. The TV is large and can be projected. The front desk lady is very considerate and enthusiastic!

We had a lovely stay myself and my 11 year old son, hotel was very clean and well kept and conveniently located near the railway station and a small shopping complex/office complex! Decent breakfast with a lovely restaurant area and great deals for guest and delicious food on the 3rd floor restaurant. Breakfasts buffet had a variety of both western and Asian option, very worth the price. Lovely young man named Justin was very kind to help us with our bags, as well as Mila from the tour agency on the ground floor helped us to book taxis as my apps were not working well to book. Only thing I would add, is that for foreigners it would be ideal to have a local translating app, as communication in English could be challenging. Would stay again for sure, thank you

The room were clean and very comfortable, with many hand, face towels and bathrobe. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location here is also very good. It is very close to the places I want to go. The hotel environment is also good and the sanitation is very thorough. It was my first time staying at Lavande Hotel in Beijing. The experience was great! The guy at the front desk helped me move my luggage. The girl checked me in very quickly. During the check-in, she also talked to me about Beijing's attractions and told me how to get to the subway station. It felt like it was not my first time here. It was very warm. The room was also very spacious. I booked a superior king-size bed room, which was upgraded to a deluxe room. The hotel was very clean and you could tell that they were very attentive. Since it was a business trip, I didn't pay much attention to it. But after I checked in, everything exceeded my expectations. I will choose this place again on my next business trip.

Perfect location, really nice rooms (spacious and clean), we loved the bathroom. Only two BIG issues (particularly n.2): 1. No one speaks English. 2. The sound of the subway/train every 5 to 10 minutes was incredibly loud and the entire room was literally shaking. Not exaggerating. At first we thought it was an earthquake, then we kept on hearing this terrifying noise and vibrations. It was really stressful and it woke us up also during the night.
