離地鐵站、長安街近，離天安門廣場也很方便，交通便利，房間空間大，中央空調温度適宜，可惜床墊太軟了。早餐沒有之前豐富，吃的人也不多。

這個酒店的實在太差了、太差了、太差了，房間老舊散發黴味、地毯臟舊散發異味、房間的煙味很重、下水道的異味溢出，房間通風不暢，空調操作複雜不會用、空調噪音特別大影響睡眠、不製冷、出風有異味，熱水水温太低、水温不穩定、有異味，馬桶老舊，有污漬，衞生間清掃不潔凈、有異味、燈光過暗、防滑措施不到位、漏水、淋浴器水龍頭漏水，冷熱水標識還是反的，毛巾浴巾太硬、床單、被子有味道。

酒店非常好，位置優越交通方便，雖然地處鬧市但是酒店內特別安靜，服務人員熱情負責，特別是對我們老年人更是照顧有加，有一些智能設備我們不會使用一位小夥子還耐心幫助我們完成，這是一次愉快的旅行，感覺很好。謝謝！
