Beautiful and clean hotel. All amenities there. Very friendly and helpful staff despite the language barrier. Gave me a map and helped me find my route to the city centre. The food was varied (Asian and European) and very tasty.

The hotel lobby is very beautiful and grand. The design of the main entrance is very unique. The flowers in the lobby are so beautiful, and they are all real flowers. The service staff are also very warm and friendly, especially Manager Xiao Mao at the front desk. The afternoon tea snacks in the lobby bar are delicious and unique in shape, full of Chinese style. I will come again on business trips in the future.

One of my favourite amenities was the free-flowing coffee and the massage chair—perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The spacious lounge and garden were also lovely spots to unwind. I appreciated having a real no-smoking room, ensuring a clean and fresh environment. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The room has an AI assistant, her name is Xiaodu xiaodu, my family loved her! You tell her to draw the curtain and switch on the light or wake you up at certain time, she does it promptly! 🤣 While the hotel is a bit far from shopping malls, it’s conveniently close to the Old Summer Palace and just a short walk from a beautiful park. This makes it ideal for those who enjoy cultural sites and natural beauty. The laundry area, available for a minimal charge, was a convenient perk for longer stays or families travelling with children. This Holiday Inn Express is perfect for a staycation or families with kids. The combination of comfortable accommodations, family-friendly amenities, and a peaceful location near parks makes it a great choice for a relaxing getaway. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and rejuvenating stay.

Because I had to catch the train the next morning, I chose this hotel. It is also a home-like hotel that I often live in. It is a 5-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. It is very convenient to take the train and the subway. It is a good choice to stay for one night. There seems to be a restaurant in the hotel to eat, that is, there is no business around. Not even a small supermarket canteen, which is very inconvenient

The room was great, very quiet and comfortable. There are several shopping malls nearby, so it's convenient to eat. The hotel breakfast environment is not bad, but no one takes you to the table; you have to find an empty seat by yourself, and you don't ask for coffee and tea service when you are not seated. There are signs on the table saying ”dining in progress” or ”vacant seats”, but unfortunately several people don't know or don't follow them, and the waiter doesn't remind them. After finding a seat, turning over the sign and picking up the food, I came back and someone else had already taken it. During the meal, I also found that other tables had this problem, which was very unpleasant! The gym is not big, and there are quite a lot of non-resident users, and some people wearing high heels just sit inside to rest, chat and take pictures. There is no control over the clothing requirements for entering and leaving, resulting in less equipment to use in the already small space.

The family room we've ordered is very spacious with a separate sitting area, which can qualify as a suite in some hotel's standard. Staff: The staff was very friendly and ready to help. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near summer palace. It is just a 10RMB didi ride. The hotel is inside a plaza, so there are a few restaurants to pick from. The breakfast shop next door is quite nice if you are interested to try some regular breakfast that locals usually have.

The housekeeping was good, with our room cleaned and well-maintained. A special mention goes to 德叔, who took care of our laundry carefully and efficiently. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with comfortable and aesthetically pleasing rooms. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near the metro and bus stop made exploring Beijing easy.
