Service is too notch. I never found any hotel in China where all the staff have service mind like this place especially the front desk and breakfast staff who named “Rain”, he’s very attentive and very polite. I’ll definitely come back here again when I come to Beijing.

The hotel is relatively close to the city center. Taking a cap takes around 20 to 30 min to the forbidden city, which is quick depending on the traffic. The staff is very welcoming, although they don't speak English very well. Be prepared to use a translator. The hotel itself is clean and makes a very good impression. The room itself has air-conditioning, a nice balcony with a view to the neighborhood. Unfortunately the balcony light didn't work for our room, but I saw the others are just fine. We loved the bed and the shower. Really clean. Lights are all controllable from the bed. The TV has Chinese program and a collection of movies. It's not a smart TV unfortunately and we didn't manage to put in English subtitles. The toilet is a smart toilet and was really good. You get a free supply of water and some small tomatoes next to the elevator. They also supply your rook with bottles of water after cleaning (which happens daily!). Shout-out to the cleaning lady, she was so nice. Right next to the hotel there are many bars and restaurants, although more on the expensive side within a walk of 15 min. If you opt to go south from the hotel it takes a 10 min walk to reach some nice local restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket. We had the best night drinking and eating with locals there. Super friendly people in this neighborhood. If you want to call a Didi (cheap chinese taxi app) there are good locations around the hotel for dropoff and pickup even with luggage. I can really recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Beijing.

Nice upscale hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and other shared areas. Good sized rooms with big windows. Fantastic gym for workouts with a lot more equipment than most hotels. Is the reason I chose this hotel. Only minus is about a 15-20 minute walk to two different metro lines, but can walk or shared bike is ok. Easy for cars and Didi/Taxi pickups. Shower was very good too. I would stay here again.

The hotel is indeed located very close to the metro — less than a 5-minute walk. There’s also a McDonald's and a 7-Eleven within walking distance. The staff doesn’t speak English, but with the help of a translator, they assisted me several times without any issues. A nice bonus was that we were allowed to check in an hour earlier than the official check-in time. The hotel interior is pleasant: there are carpets in the hallways, although there is a noticeable smell of cigarettes. Breakfast is a buffet and fairly simple, but you won’t leave hungry: scrambled eggs with bacon, one or two chicken dishes, several side dish options, Chinese steamed buns, and a couple of fruit choices. I didn’t like the coffee and juices, but the rest was acceptable. The room we were given looked nothing like the photos when booking (we chose the Premium Family Room). The view from the window was awful — facing a service corridor of another building, where people were walking and using a sink. Because of that, we couldn’t properly open the window or curtains. It took about 5 minutes of running the tap before the water became at least warm. Bed linen was not changed during our 4-night stay, the floor was cleaned every other day. Towels were replaced daily, and each day we received 3 bottles of water, as well as green and black tea. The hotel provides good-quality shower gel and shampoo, with a pleasant fragrance.

A Stay with Ups and Downs, but Exceptional Staff My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. Initially, I encountered problems like a smoky room and air conditioning issues. But the hotel staff quickly came to the rescue and upgraded me to a better room, which was a huge relief. Due to bad weather, I had to change my travel plans and extend my stay. There was some confusion during the rebooking process regarding room availability, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these challenges, the staffs were very helpful. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their efforts made my overall experience here positive. The hotel's location is also convenient, and the facilities are decent.

This stay experience was great! As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be attracted by the beautiful environment, with green plants and flowers complementing each other, full of fresh and natural style. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, checked in quickly, and recommended surrounding attractions. Breakfast is a Chinese buffet with a wide variety of options, including hot fried dough sticks and freshly made noodles, which is very satisfying. The room is impeccably clean and well-equipped, making your stay safe and comfortable. Moreover, the hotel is close to the high-speed rail station, and you can easily get there with your luggage, making travel very convenient. Next time I come here, I will choose this one!

Review for Audio-Visual Duplex Double Bed Room Positives: Around second ring of Beijing, convenient location. Able to cycle to the nearest train station in 5 minutes. Clean bed and toilet. Aircon and fridge is really strong. Lots of cute cats in the lobby. Friendly front counter staff. Negatives: Lack of elevators, can be avoided by not booking the second floor. Really shaky table. Delivery unable to deliver to rooms, lack of delivery robot. Dusty spots near the windows and corners of the room. All in all good value hotel for its price. Cannot comment on the English or language barriers as I was able to speak Chinese.

I came here to do business and chose a hotel near the subway station. It is very convenient and only a few steps away from Exit B of Hujialou Station. There are convenience stores, pharmacies and breakfast shops nearby. The room is not big but the facilities are good and new. The whole house is intelligently controlled and there is a refrigerator, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that the sound insulation of the room is a bit poor.
