The hotel is in a very good condition generally. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The staff were courteous and friendly. I wish the guest could control temperature because it was way too hot for us, but we were not that the only thing we could do was to open the windows. The hotel has a number of high end restaurants, which seemed to be very high quality, but has few customers. If you don’t have a car, it’s not convenient because it’s not very walkable to shops and offices. Overall, it’s a fine hotel if you need to stay in that area.

The hotel has a good location. It is close to Tsinghua University in the north and Tsinghua Science and Technology Park next to it. It is very convenient to get anywhere. There are public buses just outside the hotel. There are about two subway stations nearby, so the transportation is very convenient. The front desk service was also very good when I checked in, especially Xiao Song, who was very enthusiastic and attentive. He also helped introduce some delicious food nearby😄, which was very warm.

Stayed for two nights. The house was very clean. The service from Xiao Yin and Xiao Meng was very good. The handsome guy Zhang Dongbo also had a very good attitude. After we checked out, we walked a long way and he chased after us while shouting that he had it in his hand. I thought it was us who missed this card. He is very responsible and very rare. I give him a big thumbs up. When we were having breakfast downstairs on New Year's Eve, the waitress at the door gave the child a gift of snacks. The child was very happy and made us feel very warm.

Facilities: Very complete and advanced Hygiene: Very good. It can be said to be the most detail-oriented hotel I have ever stayed in. Environment: The reason why I didn't give it full marks is that there are very few places to eat, drink and play around. However, there are subway entrances and bus stations right outside, so transportation is convenient. I want to deduct 0.1 points, but Ctrip doesn’t have this option. The hotel is clean and tidy, the service is good and the space is OK. As expected of Haidian District, all stationery is ready. I confirmed with the front desk that I can get it for free. It’s not expensive but the kids are happy. The location is very advantageous, with Tsinghua University in front, Peking University in the back, Yuanmingyuan on the right, and the Summer Palace just 2 stops away on the subway. I don’t choose who you choose, praise, praise, praise👍

Very pleasant service and environment. The room was quite large, and we enjoyed the complimentary cookies and fruit. We took my 2-year-old to the pool, which was nice and mostly empty. There was no shallow end for kids, so my son was a bit scared (he is still new to swimming pools), but he permitted me to carry him around in it. It was not very easy to walk around and find a place to eat quickly except for some fast food restaurants. The street the hotel is on is a wide highway, so we did not spend a lot of time walking around outside. But we were able to easily and quickly get to the new Summer Palace from here.

This hotel was chosen for my child's interview. The transportation is very convenient and it is also very close to the examination center. The young lady and brother at the front desk were very enthusiastic, attentive and caring, and even gave away fruits and small gifts; the room was spacious, warm, quiet, well-equipped, hygienic and tidy, and the cleaning lady had a bright smile, even though we only stayed there for one person At night, but it sure felt like home! I like this Hotel Pretty much! That was my first stay but I'll be booking it in a future many times taking into account that number of my frequent business trips to Beijing. The front desk staff was super helpfull! Thank you very much, girls! There was a special request from me about specific procedure of my business trip nature. Great help! Room was clean and convenient. Amenities have different kinds and much more than in other hotels I have stayed before. All rooms has windows. The breakfast and dinner ate available in restaurant at the first floor. Near to the hotel, if you face to the hotel from left side after five minutes walking just where is cross road bridge there are located a few canteens with acceptable food. Try 黄焖鸡，tasty. The subway is right in front of hotel doors, just need to across the road. For Beijing this is perfect in scope of saving time. I am happy to discover this hotel for my future staying.

強烈推薦！大堂和房間第一感覺就是非常乾淨，明亮。房間安靜，晚上睡得好。工作人員素質高，很禮貌、熱情。 早餐自助餐很不錯，餐廳陳設精美，中式菜為主。牛肉包子好吃！另有粥、飯、粗糧、油條、煎蛋、麵條、各種小菜、牛奶、麥片等。旁邊有點菜的餐廳，味道很好。住的三天，晚飯都在餐廳吃的。 四樓有個露台小花園。 飯店對麪有生活超市。 飯店旁邊有一溜地方美食餐館。 周邊環境感覺既安靜又有生活氣息。 離15號線北沙灘幾百米，走路的話十來分鐘。 如果輕裝無大件行李，也可地鐵站外騎個共享單車五六分鐘就到。

The front desk lady was very good. When I returned to the hotel the next day, I found that my wallet was lost. Then the front desk lady received a call from the restaurant staff who went out to eat in the afternoon. The restaurant staff turned to the hotel's room card in the wallet and called the Weifan Hotel one by one. The front desk lady immediately knocked on the door after receiving the call, because I was in Hong Kong and the mobile phone number could not be called out.
