You can ask them anything on WeChat! They prepared lunch packs for us departing for climbing early instead of breakfast. Staffs are all friendly, helpful and kind, You are really welcomed with their smile at this hotel.(you know, you cannot always see staffs' smiles in this) The room has a ceiling fan, an air-con and a floor heating which you can control with your own controller. 10mins walk took us to the entrance of the hiking route. Tips no cars? There is a bus departing here to the city. Bus stop is 8mins walk away from the hotel.
