"This hotel has to stay at 15:30. The stay will be a wave of sales. You will be asked to upgrade the room type. Then you will say that you need to upgrade now. The room is still ok, it is a side sea view room. Then there are elevators, although there are three, but they cannot be used. Then the hotel is on the slope, parking is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee is not cheap for one night. "The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. If you are not traveling by car, you can only get in and out by bus. The bus station is not too far away, which is acceptable. I was given a room facing the swimming pool. The view is OK, but at night because there are people drinking at the pool bar, The conversation will be louder, the breakfast is very good, there are many choices, overall I am satisfied with the above"

"We had a lovely stay for our anniversary. The staff were so lovely and made us feel special from the moment we walked through. The room, reception and outside area were clean and in excellent condition. We honestly would have been happy to just stay in the hotel by the pool. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby which helped and great buses into Palma and the airport made our stay convenient. We would highly recommend."

"Hotel was in a fantastic location to enjoy surrounding coves, beaches and restaurants. Staff were very polite and helpful with all our requests. The room had great views over the pool and sea and I enjoyed very much being able to swim off the rocks from the hotel. Would stay here again."
