房間很不錯，該有的設施都有，房間很貼心的放了口罩跟免洗洗手液，前台接待服務很滿意，體驗很好，有機會還會再來。

兩年來蚌埠三次，都是選擇這一家入住。酒店名稱從悦榕到星程，但這次在酒店裡看見悦榕兩個字，還是感覺不錯，雖然前台接待換了一個新來的小姐姐，但那種親切感還是讓人很舒適。這應該也是一種選擇的理由吧！

酒店用的沐浴露瓶子的蓋子是可以打開的，在洗澡用的時候九發現有一股很重宣城尿味！然後我讓酒店拿來沒有使用的沐浴露，是沒有異味的！裏面聞着有一股尿味，真的噁心的要死！寫這些的時候我都嘔了幾次！事後，他們跟我們協商解決！他們開出的條件是退還房費，再送兩個華住金卡！我就增加了一條，如果我的身體出現問題，醫院檢查之後確定是因為沐浴露的問題，需要酒店承擔相應的責任！但就是這麼一個簡單的承諾，他們都不願意給！給一分都嫌多！那個沐浴液我取了一點樣，後面還要跟315投訴！真的噁心！
