Cannot fault this place spent 3 weeks here it was perfect the 2 staff on reception could not help enough with any problems the cleaning staff were spot on mercadonna supermarkets next door I will definitely book again next year thank-you too all at the apar**ent 😀

Overall stay ok, communication about check in was none existent. We turned up at 15:10 and there was nobody on the desk and nobody answering the contact number provided. Had to head out to a bar with all of our luggage until after 17:00.
Shower needs better means of keeping the water inside the shower.

The apar**ent was spacious and clean with good cooking facilities. Whilst I didn’t use it there is a small pool that looks rather nice. The main issue was that there is not very good soundproofing and so you can hear other people fairly clearly when trying to sleep. Another thing to note was that there was no hand soap and only one toilet roll so will need to bring your own.

It's an amazing place to stay bigger than most in benidorm, great staff receptionist are really friendly, house keepers really nice, great supermarket next door easy walk to new town bout 10 mins

The apar**ent was good value and the friendly staff did everything to make us feel welcome etc. We thought it might be in a "quieter" location but building works opposite(June 2022) added to the noisy neighbours (lager swilling lads) in the Rio Park next door. Not the fault of MichelAngelo of course.

Una autentica estafa, poca empatÃa y humanidad, a menos de 24 horas de hacer la reserva me tuvimos un problema personal, ninguna facilidad para mover solo un dia, todo era cobrar mas o cobrar 77 euros de cancelación por la cara, qued**** una coche completa que no disfrutas dice mucho de ellos., cuando anulas con tiempo y les da tiempo de sobra a alquilárselo a otros porque habÃa mas de una semana de antelación. Desde luego no se lo recomendaré a nadie, viajo mucho a benidorm y nunca he dado con gente asÃ. Quedándose el dinero de la gente de gana pasta desde luego.

MagnÃficos apartamentos junto al Ayuntamiento y en el centro de Benidorm. Habitación de tamaño correcto. Cocina bien amueblada y con vajillas y cubiertos suficientes. Plancha para la ropa (todo un detalle) Aire acondicionado efectivo. Salón agradable aunque el sofá cama como sofá es incómodo, cosa que suele ser asà en casi todos los sitios. Personal muy agradable y atento, desde el conserje Mauricio, la chica que le sustituye y hasta las chicas de la limpieza. Un 10 para todos ellos. Cambio de ropa de cama y toallas frecuente. Buena limpieza. Hay un pequeño parking gratuito que en ocasiones se llena y hay que buscar donde aparcar fuera. Tiene una zona de lavadoras y secadora de uso gratuito. De los muchos apartamentos donde he estado este sin duda es el mejor en calidad y precio. Pequeña piscina y zona de solárium.
