We came in a large group and maybe it has caused difficulties to organise our entrance. However, it should be noted that the Eduardo's care was impecable, cordial, super respectful, attentive and educated, made our arrival lighter and quiet! Rooms are small but clean, organized and pleasant.🥰

A beautiful international network hotel in Serra Gaúcha that really follows the standards of comfort and good service. We were very welcome, check in and check out fast, new hotel, good room size, good bed, new furniture, new and good quality bed and bathroom clothes, all very clean. The bathroom is good, a good shower, which can be improved by the hotel standard and the hair dryer (a more powerful). All super careful collaborators . I'll come back if I have a new chance, super indico!

We hosted my husband and I, stayed in the super luxury suite beautiful view advice, sensational care from the entrance, educated and requested receptionists, clean and well aired room, coffee was a little to desire, but it was good. I'll be back.
