Family of four from Denmark Booked two rooms in January for arrival April 3rd in Berlin. When we arrived in Berlin, the receptionist found our booking right away, but said we were from Singapore and a company. Very strange. She also said that the two rooms had not been paid for. (We paid immediately in January.) We had to pay one more time. We mentioned that the rooms were booked through Trip. com, but she said that the hotel had no agreements with such a booking entity. When we got the rooms, it was on two different floors, so we couldn't enter our family and meet, as the card keys do not give access to other floors, incl. the elevator.

The room was nice. However, the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. I asked the front desk for a copy of my airline ticket and they were happy to oblige.

The hotel is very good. It is a chain hotel. It is very close to the station. The traffic is very convenient. It takes a few stops to reach the city center. The hotel is spacious and clean. It is very comfortable to live in. I highly recommend everyone to go there

A six night stay (without breakfasts) in a comfortable room with little noise from outside (apart from the sirens of occasional passing fire engines and ambulances). Coffee making facilities provided. Location was good with K'Damm not far and the UBahn station only metres away. The U9 gets you to the S Bahn services within two stops. The nearest supermarket was one stop away in the Rathaus Steglitz direction where there is an Aldi and an Edeka to get supplies.

Can’t fault this hotel at all. Check in was 3pm but we arrived early due to our flight times and our room was already ready which was great. Absolutely spotless, great size bathroom and bedroom, staff lovely and friendly, in a great location (quiet in the evening but 30 second walk from the metro to get into the “centre” of Berlin). Absolutely would stay here again without fail. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great hotel in a nice neighborhood. The rooms are neat (everything seems quite new). Possibility to make coffee and tea in the room. Nice sanitary facilities. Friendly staff. Extensive breakfast. Metro station just steps away. Nice restaurants nearby. Nothing to complain about.

OK, there is a trade fair in town, but EUR 200 for a spartan 14 square meters is a bit of a stretch, especially with no service at all. No safe for valuables, no toothbrush cup, no decent space for the laptop, no shelves, ice-cold floor in the bathroom with no heating, no automatic room cleaning (must be ordered separately). Premier Inn, but definitely Dernier Out. This is my first time here, but also my last. Next time: Motel One. Less money, more hotel

The hotel is brand new. The rooms are clean but quite small. Bathroom, on the other hand, is quite large. Service and professionalism at check-in were semi-optimal. All requests were categorically rejected. The ambience in the lobby is nice but even at second glance it's dingy. This is better for 200 euros a night.
