The staff are friendly and helpful.
Really like the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom.
The location is generally good but it will be better if it is closer to metro station

Regarding location, it depends how you look it at.
There is no nearby underground or tram.
But there is a bus stop nearby which can take you straight to zoologischer garten, where there are so many things to do, either touristing places or shopping.
For us, it is not an issue.
There is no kettle in the hotel, which we wished they had provided because we wanted to make some coffee
We ordered pizza from the bar , which is actually really good.
No complaints regarding cleanliness

We had a bed bug with photo proof, we decided straight away and unfortunately we didn't get our money. !!
Old and broken with bed bugs, I'd rather save the money and stay somewhere else!

We were with our little baby because the room was very cold and the heating didn't work. We had to go back and forth for half an hour.
Unfortunately, our room door was difficult to open and close.
