A pleasant hotel , spacious room with a little vintage decoration . Very professional home, we had a little concern that was quickly settled when we booked (as we had booked by last minute we should not have paid our room because it is last minute that pays them the payment ) The hotel is surrounded by HLM ( so just to calm the French , it has nothing to do with some of our neighborhoods in France ) . The hotel is a very friendly and comfortable hotel , and the hotel is very friendly and helpful . We have dinner at the hotel restaurant ... unfair service and the dishes are good ( apero , dishes , dessert , coffee for about € 2 = 35 ) .

I regularly stay in this hotel on my business trips and I really love the place. The rooms of all types are very spacious, super clean, with very comfortable beds and some of them on the higher floors offer the most amazing view of the city. Breakfast offers high quality food and big range of meals and when the weather allows there is a lovely quiet garden for you to enjoy your meal outside. The hotel itself is located in a very elegant area that gives you both the benefits of quiet and very safe place and easy access to the most desirable tourist spots that can be easily reached by the public transport as both the bus and tram stop right in front of it. But my biggest praise goes the hotel staff as they are the most helpful, welcoming and kind people you can wish for to meet while travelling. They really make you feel most welcomed and at home, are anytime ready to help you or give you an advice you may need on your trip. Those people are the biggest and friendliest professionals I have met through my travel experience and I can not thank them enough for making every stay in this hotel the most memorable and pleasant experience.

Great hotel in a lovely quiet area, 15 minutes to the old town/bridge by tram. Had a room on the 4th floor which was clean and light, beds comfortable and fantastic shower. Check in at reception was easy and they were helpful in giving you all the info you need for your stay. They will also help with any trips or sightseeing. Our room was cleaned every day but if this doesn't happen, just ask at reception. Great continental breakfast with good choice of rolls, cheeses, hams, eggs, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, pastries etc. and plenty of coffee. The public transport system is subsidized by the Czech government so over 65s are free and 60-65s tram/bus tickets are half the price. Their bus/tram system is brilliant and the best way to see Prague so using Google Maps (which is a godsend) you can go to all the sights by tram/bus. I bought 3 day tickets from the yellow machines at the airport and each day you use one, just validate it at the tram/bus stop or on the tram/bus and it stamps it for 24 hours use, just keep your passport with you to confirm your age (we never saw any inspectors). As I'm 60 it cost me 180 Czech krona (£6.50) for 3 days travel. We also used public transport from and to the airport and although it took 50 minutes, it saved us a fortune (taxis can be anything between £30-£40.00). The tram stop is round the corner at the bottom of the hill from the hotel. We could leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out so we went to the lovely park across the road for a couple of hours. If you want a lovely meal and great beer, we found a little gem called the Beer Spot which is 6 minutes walk from the hotel. There's a lovely shopping mall about 5 minutes walk Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre, which has all the brands you could want and a Tescos. Would definitely use this hotel for Prague again.

It takes ten minutes to walk from the Old Town Square. It is good to take a walk on the stone road every morning and my husband. I especially like the stone road in Prague and the sound of the car leaving on the stone road. The breakfast of this hotel is not the same. So rich, but the taste is really good.

It’s hard to find the entrance, but fortunately it’s hard to find a taxi to the downstairs. The room is OK, the breakfast is in a small room, the type is OK, check in on the 1st floor, you have to press the doorbell to enter the gate, take the elevator up to the 1st floor, more concealed. The location is in the city center, walking quickly to the square, then Charles Bridge, then going to the castle, not very far. The airport taxi should be more than 500 krona in the past, but the airport calls for more than 700 cars, you can use uber for reference.

Great place in a great location. Great staff, very clean place, great beds. I miss a kitchen and only for breakfast the chance to meet some people. If you like it quiet its perfect. Great restaurant KANTYNA is nearby. You choose your meat at the butchershop and they prepare it for you. Can get very busy. No Reservations.
