The location is OK, the soundproofing is OK. It's relatively close to various attractions, but the suitcase is too heavy, and it's really hard to carry it up the 4-story spiral staircase. Every time you leave the bus station, you always pass a steep slope, and it's too tiring to pull the suitcase up.

The room was nice and the location was OK, but it was too much trouble to carry the suitcase up to the 5th floor. There was no hair dryer in the room. I went to look for a hair dryer after taking a shower with wet hair, but found that there was no one at the front desk.

The landlord did not understand that he could use translation software to explain the problem in the case of a language barrier, and instead spoke in an impatient tone and attitude. This is the most taboo in the service industry. He just wanted to understand a problem, but his attitude ruined the a**osphere. This is a bad attitude towards doing things.

Very satisfied. I stayed there for many days. The lady boss saw me arguing with my boyfriend and asked me if I needed help. They cleaned the house by themselves, which was cost-effective and the hygiene was very good.

The room is converted from an apar**ent. The sound insulation of the cabin is not very good. There will be rattling noises on the floors upstairs and downstairs, but the proprietress is very enthusiastic and greets me in Chinese. Basically, you take the key to check in and check out, which is basically self-service

Don't stay here, it's a garbage place

This was my first visit to Belgrade for 4 years. I returned to the Vila Terazije, as I like this hotel a lot. There is always a friendly welcome, and it's comfortable and the location is excellent, right in the centre. I would never stay anywhere else in wonderful Belgrade. Definitely recommended.

There was a lot to like about the hotel. It wasscute the room was cost and the lady running it was lovely. The location is also really good in the center of old Belgrade Sadly however, there were just a few things wrong. Firstly the bathroom was very cold and you had to have the heater on and the door open or when you went in it was freezing. Also we had no warm water. The water was warm for 3 minutes maximum before turning cold and staying that way, no matter how the hot water switch was flipped. After a freezing day in the snow, it would have been nice to come back and warm up but instead we had to lie under the covers to stay warm. This happens on all three nights and was disappointing. May have been a weather issue maybe but I'm not sure?

The best thing about this place is it's placement in the wonderful city of Belgrade. But : On arrival we were received by a very rude woman in the reception (NOT Maja the manager, she was fine). The walls in the rooms are dirty and badly in need of a paint job ! Also the website said "breakfast included", but there is no breakfast ...

That was a great, safe and cozy place. Able to walk everywhere. Really good location.

This place is a dump in stara Belgrade smearing stains over walls beds that should be in the dump...doss house comes to mind absolute dirty disgusting hovel that stole my money and won't give me refund..Kosovo je Serbia

The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s close to everything. The room was clean and the service from Maja who runs the hotel is amazing. She even drove us to the airport. Thank you Maja, you are the best! If I come to Belgrad again I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.
