"I like this hotel - mostly cus it’s a diamond in the rough - it’s pretty affordable considering Especially due to its convenient location and bonus free parking (note as long as you get there more than likely early enough - for me I was always able to get a spot But I have a tiny car and woudl come in by 8pm or so each night I stayed - I did notice the spots were all taken when I’d leave early a.m)
The rooms are not fancy and there’s a decent amount of noise through walls etc) - but for a working bachelor like me that’s always looking to live on a budget - the hotel is a sweet spot for me.
It’s only 1 mile from work and I can get for around $75 a night all included - which beats out other little issues I’ve noticed.
Oh and I find the beds to be quite comfortable "

It is more suitable for a family to travel and live. The kitchen and bathroom are all available, and there are TVs in the living room and room.

"The location is particularly convenient, walking to the subway, shopping and eating. The bus stop to New York is right next to the hotel. Hotel facilities are old, but the health is good, the washing machine dryer is old."

"Nice hotel, modern, new and comfortable room. Good bed, shower and black out for windows. The restaurant dinner was good, breakfast was bad, I skipped the other day. $30,00/day for parking downsizing. However there’s a public parking in front of the hotel. Sunday is free weekdays from 10pm to 7 pm too! Overall excellent experience."

"The room is clean, spacious and bright, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The hotel has an underground parking lot, and parking overnight is 26 US dollars. If you park in the P3 floor hotel guest parking area, you can take the elevator directly to the front desk lobby on the first floor. If you park in P1, you cannot take the elevator to the hotel front desk, and you can only walk back to the parking entrance along the driveway to the lobby. There is a subway station under the hotel. Next to the hotel (on the left side facing the hotel gate), there is a vertical elevator that goes directly to the subway entrance about ten meters away. It is very convenient to take the subway blue line to downtown Washington. There are many places to eat around the hotel. There is a large supermarket with many food for sale after walking for more than ten minutes."

"The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, breakfast is 19 knives, the parking lot is charged separately, and the ceiling is 35 knives per 24 hours. There are many restaurants around, many supermarkets, 5 minutes walk from the subway station"

"The environment is very good, the facilities are complete, the service is first class, and the sanitation is clean. The room was very large during this stay. Our family of three lived very comfortably. The hotel is fully equipped and close to the Friendship Subway Station. It is very convenient to travel. Next time I will go to Washington, DC, I will stay here. The front desk is very warm and the language communication is very smooth!"
