My only comaint is the Air conditioner needs service but other than that. The staff was attentive and daily housekeeping was a nice suprise. The main 24 hour guy was especially helpful when we got locked in the apartment due to a power outage caused by the storm. He showed up within 30 minutes to fix the problem.

No personal contact with anyone. A completely dehumanized, totally impersonal room that could be anywhere in the world. The room only has a French window opening onto a skylight of approximately 5 m2 occupied by pigeons who make an infernal noise and their droppings. This place should be considered unsanitary. This is room D105 located on the À staircase. No tissue in the bathroom, not even a small bottle of water in the mini fridge. This rental is a purely financial activity with a very unpleasant character. It's a shame because the location is good. That's the only interest.

I stayed for two nights in a double room with single beds, the room was nice and tidy, the location was excellent (very strategic), the only flaw was the shower, which was really too small, otherwise everything was perfect. the air conditioner is a godsend

It was disappointing. There was no hot water for a bath, in the middle of winter. The receptionist was super helpful, however the problem was not resolved.

The place was very cool, clean, well equipped, just the right amount of space. Check-in and check-out were done efficiently and without problems, the location was the idea for what I was looking for. Only negative, the building was under renovation, we had scaffolding outside the window all day and the workers were literally inside our room, it was annoying but not too limiting. I recommend the stay for those who have to stay little time in Bologna and must visit the center.

Ottima la posizione. La stanza e la cucina sono belle. Sicuramente bisogna cambiare il materasso (affossato) e il soffione della doccia. L'addetta al check-in gentile e disponibile. Albergo diffuso: l'appartamento si trova a circa 200m dal luogo del check-in.

Pessima esperienza e poca cortesia nella gestione. Ho fatti richiesta di cancellazione prenotazione senza penale con oltre 20 giorni di anticipo ( causa evento annullato dopo emergenza alluvione Emilia ). La richiesta è stata rifiutata. Mi trovo a pagare inutilmente l’alloggio.

Stanza piccolissima, portone che rimaneva socchiuso nonostante fosse chiuso a chiave, per niente isolata, tutta la notte a sentire le persone sulla via cantare e far baldoria (giustamente sabato sera), i mezzi di pulizoa delle strade sembrava averli nel letto con noi... Tutto il giorno con il rumore di scarico dell acqua, pareva una tortura cinese. Check out entro le 10:00 senza possibilità di lasciare i bagagli per girare un po' in centro prima di ripartire. Sconsigliato
