On the other hand, when we asked to speak to someone responsible for the hotel, this same person, told us that the manager would be there the next morning starting at 08:00, which did not happen. We were at the hotel until we went to the train station and that person never showed up. The truth is that I do not recommend this hotel, not only because the speaker disappeared, but also because of the lack of empathy of the receptionist.
