The hotel is super close to Shijo-mae Station, just a 5-minute walk. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and another one a bit further under the elevated highway called Shin-Toyosu Station. From there, you can catch two bus routes: one goes all the way to Shimbashi, and the other takes you to Ginza, so transportation is really convenient. Compared to many other hotels, the rooms here are quite spacious. Plus, there's a convenience store on the first floor, though the prices are a little on the high side.

Our flight landed at Haneda at 7:30 PM, and we had an 8 AM flight to Sapporo the next morning. Traveling with a toddler, staying at an airport hotel was the best option. The Nikko Hotel doesn't have shopping malls nearby, but there are restaurants and convenience stores. The airport shuttle bus driver was very diligent in securing all the luggage, and the front desk staff were professional and polite. It's definitely a good choice.

The room was decent and clean, conveniently located right across from Haneda Airport, just a 5-minute walk from Anamori-inari Station. They offer complimentary tea and bread, and there's a free airport shuttle service.

Overall, the Nagoya Nishiki Urban Hotel offers great value for money. The front desk staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the cleaning ladies are also very nice. It's a real shame that the shower head in the bathroom has been changed; the old one was so comfortable with many modes, but this new replacement is very basic. The same goes for the air purifier; the old one had a large water tank that lasted several nights, but I'm not a fan of the current one, which isn't enough for Japan's dry weather. However, after staying here for several days, I still feel that the hotel is excellent. 👍

Facilities: Aside from the great location, the facilities are pretty average. There's no hot spring bath, and very few shared amenities.

Cleanliness: Generally good, the cleaning staff seemed quite diligent.

Environment: It's a standard star-rated hotel environment, nothing extraordinary, but perfectly fine.

Service: Very good. They helped me rebook my dinner reservation, changing the time and number of guests.

Overall, the hotel is still quite expensive. The Ritz-Carlton next door is probably 10,000 a night, while we paid 2,000-3,000 a night. The location is super easy to find, right above the subway exit. I feel like there might be more suitable hotels, especially for families with kids.
