The hotel is very quiet, and the rooms are quite spacious. From the room window, you can see both the sea and the train tracks.

Although it's located in Toyosu, it's actually very convenient to get to the city center. I highly recommend taking the #01 bus route (pictured in image 3) right in front of the hotel to the city center – it's both cheap and fast.

The automated Yurikamome Line (pictured in image 2) is also worth taking. Shijō-mae Station is even closer on foot – just turn right out of the hotel, and you'll be there in about three minutes.

There's a large supermarket nearby (pictured in image 4) that closes at midnight. It offers a wide variety of items, and the prices are even better than the FamilyMart right outside the hotel.

Facilities: Comprehensive. Disposable toiletries like toothbrushes and combs are available at the front desk for guests to take as needed, promoting less waste.
Cleanliness: Spotless and very comfortable.
Environment: Quiet surroundings. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right across the street.
Service: Extremely helpful. The shuttle driver assists with luggage and speaks fluent English.

The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Anamori-inari Station on the Keikyu Line, making it very close to Haneda Airport. However, the commercial facilities are across the street from the hotel and aren't as abundant as in other areas. The most important perk is the free airport shuttle service. The earliest shuttle departs at 4 AM, which is incredibly thoughtful for early morning flights, and the bus itself is large and spacious. For Japan, the hotel room size feels quite generous, especially the bathroom, which gets a big thumbs-up.

The hotel is quite nice and has been recently renovated. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The room isn't small and the facilities are very convenient.
The breakfast was great, and the toiletries provided by the hotel, like the facial cleanser, were excellent.
The location is very convenient, with only one stop on the Higashiyama Line to Sakae and Nagoya Station. However, exits 8 and 9 of Fushimi Station don't have elevators, so those with large suitcases should consider this. Also, transferring from the airport to Nagoya Station involves going up and down several times with no elevators (it took a full hour from getting on the airport line to reaching the hotel).
The only downside to the hotel was being given room 414 – that room number is a bit extreme.

I stayed at this hotel due to a foot injury. I originally thought I could eat all three meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – at the hotel since they have three restaurants. Breakfast was abundant, and the semi-buffet lunch was reasonably priced. However, I was a bit disappointed that for dinner, the only option was some food at the 14th-floor bar. When checking out, the front desk helped me call a taxi to the airport for 6000 JPY, but the meter showed 6800 JPY upon arrival at the airport, so I saved 800 JPY. Thumbs up for that!
