The hotel lobby boasts a beautiful environment, and there's an underground parking lot with free parking for guests. Given the traffic congestion around West Lake, I'd recommend taking a taxi for more convenience. The Liuxia Bar in the lobby is perfect for relaxing; enjoying a coffee with a delicate afternoon tea was a fantastic experience. A special shout-out to YY from the guest relations team for her warm reception and detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities. The breakfast buffet at Yuntian Pavilion on the second floor is highly recommended. The dishes are fresh and delicious, featuring Hangzhou specialties like wontons and Cong Bao Hui, and the fresh-squeezed juice is also excellent.

This is my second time visiting Hangzhou, and this hotel is the best so far.

Convenient location, just a few minutes to 2 huge shopping malls. Restaurants, cafe, shops. Everything is just ready for you.

Friendly staff, who gave me so much help. Especially when my daughter was sick, they helped me so much.

The room is spacious with a great view. Amenities are so nice. Breakfast was also very nice. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. It's just perfect. I will definitely come back.

이 호텔 정말 좋습니다. 위치는 완샹청과 래플시티 바로 주변으로  식당가, 카페, 쇼핑 편리하며
관광지로 가기에도 최적의 장소입니다. 

그리고 새 호텔이라 방 컨디션도 좋으며 직원분들도 친절하세요. 개인적으로는 서호 주변 호텔보다 여기 호텔 추천합니다.

This is a very clean hotel, definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at. However, there is one downside, if you're looking to vacation in Xihu or the nearby area, it is a bit far, you'll have to walk around 14 minutes to the nearby subway station, and take the subway to Xihu takes over an hour. However, it is one of the cleanest and most well-maintained hotels in the area.

We went to Tangqi Ancient Town to pick loquats and decided to make a day trip out of it. This hotel is one of the best in Tangqi. We arrived around 11 AM, and the parking lot was huge and convenient. The front desk staff, Xiao Liu, was very welcoming. She checked our reservation and found that the room type we booked wasn't available, so she upgraded us for free and even gave us complimentary welcome fruit. We had both lunch and dinner at the ** Yuanxing restaurant across from the hotel. For lunch, we had stir-fried dishes, and for dinner, we had wontons and soup dumplings, both of which were excellent. In the afternoon, we explored the ancient town. It was a three-stop bus ride there and a 30-minute walk back. Breakfast was also very extensive. The hotel is right next to a small canal, which is perfect for walks or runs along the riverbank. Overall, I highly recommend it!

This hotel offers a fantastic experience, a stark contrast to the Hampton by Hilton in Enshi. The front desk staff, especially the young lady who checked me in, was incredibly welcoming, giving a warm feeling to us out-of-town visitors.

The hotel is very close to Wenlan Bridge, within walking distance, and it's surprisingly quiet. Parking is also very convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, filled with a festive New Year atmosphere.

It's a short drive to the Lion Pass Scenic Area, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

I was for the second tine în this hotel and I spent 4 weeks
It was a great experience, there is free gym and laundry, whitch is very important if you will spend a long time in hotel room.
