This was a very satisfying stay. First off, the lovely young lady at the front desk during check-in was incredibly warm and friendly, and very patient with guests like us who don't speak English. Check-in was smooth, and because we participated in their eco-friendly program, we received a voucher for the lobby bar. The hotel's fragrance was wonderful and instantly soothed days of fatigue.

Then, the concierge gentleman at check-out was absolutely fantastic! Despite my efforts with gestures and broken words, he helped me find an empty cardboard box for some last-minute purchases. It was incredibly helpful and patient of him. 

The hotel's location is excellent; getting around was so convenient. Buckingham Palace and other attractions are within walking distance, and it's a hub for various tube and bus lines. I read comments about many homeless people in the area, and indeed I saw a few, but they didn't seem malicious. There were no issues with going out during the day. If it weren't for the language barrier, I would have loved to buy them some food; London is quite cold now, and they looked truly pitiful.

One friendly suggestion for the hotel: the doors are very heavy, and closing them makes a loud noise, which can disturb guests. On my first day, I was woken up by a child running, jumping, and closing a door next door. It would be great if the doors could be improved.

My sincere thanks again to that concierge gentleman. I didn't catch his name, so please, hotel, if you see this, pass on my gratitude.

This is the most worthwhile hotel in London! You can see Big Ben from the lobby and enjoy breakfast by the window. The staff were super friendly. We arrived quite early, expecting to just drop off our luggage, but the front desk said a room was already ready, so we were able to check in early. We went out in the morning to photograph Big Ben, and it was so peaceful with no one around – perfect for photos!

Overall verdict: We didn’t have any housekeeping until morning we were due to checkout even though we had our cleaning light on for 24hrs. Seemed to be limited in staff other than down at reception. Gin and lemonade with a wine £37 in restaurant (pretty pricey) One of our bedside tables had a crack in probably 12inches long. Dirty piles of towels alongside plates that was left in corridors for over 8hrs. Our fridge had a massive spill of some sort of liquid that had been there for a while. There’s a before and after picture of dust in cupboard above our fridge 😷 The coffee machine had water left in from where if had been washed out or not cleaned from previous use made it smell of moody stagnant water. Otherwise the stay was quiet, the beds were nice big and very comfortable. Hand wash etc smelt amazing plenty provided. Quick response when we phoned reception for more tea and coffee. Overall the stay was ok, we both thought it had gone downhill since we last stayed and probably take our custom elsewhere. Not all bad but can get better for similar value

We stayed 7days at this hotel. It was my birthday as well, the hotel surprised me with this sweet gifts. The location is perfect for visiting everywhere not only in London but also suburbs. The staff members were also supportive and kind. So we definitely would like to stay this hotel again when we come back to London. Thank you so much for making our trip much more memorable with providing this cozy and relaxing space.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, right across from the Piccadilly Line's Hyde Park Corner station, making it very convenient to get to central London. It offers great value for money.

The initial room assignment was problematic; we were first given the worst room type and only managed to switch to a better one after negotiation. The location, however, was quite good, right next to a subway exit, making transportation very convenient. Our room booking didn't include breakfast, but there's a supermarket nearby where we could easily pick up items like bread, cereal, milk, fruit, and salad in the morning.

Excellent hotel, clean, modern, well kept gardens, beautiful pool area, polite and helpful staff. The gym is well provider for for the size of the hotel. Breakfast was really lovely, so much choice for all tastes and dietary requirements.  If you want to go to Pula you can get a local bus very nearby, very easy but also a taxi/uber will come to the area. The views were gorgeous. If you want a choice of restaurants there are other hotels/apart hotels on other complexes nearby you can walk to these, otherwise you will need to travel into Pula. I would recommend for couples, families with older children + 13, solo travellers, business travellers. It has a very small kids dipping pool, and a small playground for younger children, but it is more designed for older families, couples etc. 

This is my favorite hotel on this trip. The scenery is unbeatable. I can stay a few more days. I want to come again. There are many trees and the sea view is beautiful. The breakfast is very good and rich. It is a resort hotel and you can drive here.

Just by the sea, a house. Very clean and very cost-effective

The hotel facilities are quite old. The location is good, right next to the train station, and Dam Square is just a few steps away. However, the rooms are dated. I had already paid the tax on the platform, but when I arrived at the front desk, they still asked me to pay it again. Only after I showed them the platform's order confirmation did they say it was okay and I didn't need to pay. If someone who doesn't speak English well were traveling, they might very well end up paying the tax again. The room price was around 2500, which is too expensive given the old interior decor.

Although the location is not at the heart of the city but it is the walkable distance to every spots. This hotel is located next to the biggest park in the city and very good for us to take walk for fresh air everyday. The staff in hotel are nice and helpful. The room decorations are warm for our 4 days stay.
