They accommodate for us as it was my boyfriend‘s birthday and we got a free bottle of wine I had an amazing bath and air-conditioning was amazing on London hot heat wave very easy to access location amazing room and view. Great sausages for breakfast does need a little bit of work on the drinks and desserts in terms of variety. The pool was super clean as the lady was coming over to test the chlorine. 100% will go back again.

The hotel's location is excellent. There's a supermarket and a bus stop right outside, with a direct bus to the British Museum, which is super convenient! The Thames River is also right outside the hotel, offering great views at night. The hotel is clean, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. We even encountered someone who spoke Chinese, which made the check-in process much easier. Very satisfied!

Traveling to London, I compared several hotels on Trip.com and finally chose the 'Park Plaza London Waterloo.' It's incredibly convenient for tube/train travel, and within walking distance of attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, and the Imperial War Museum. Plus, there are supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. My experience on check-in day was excellent, especially thanks to a staff member whose badge showed 'Aliyah.' She was very kind and explained the hotel facilities and timings clearly. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find it clean, tidy, well-laid-out, and quite spacious. For a hotel of this caliber and price in London, it offers fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.

This hotel is located in the heart of London, just a 5-minute walk from Victoria Station, making it incredibly convenient for both train and bus travel. The hotel has an upscale feel, comparable to a 4-star-plus hotel in Shanghai. Our family of four opted for a larger room, and the two sofa beds could easily accommodate up to five people. Both the room and bathroom were quite spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet stay. The facilities were all relatively new, though the carpet was a bit dirty, which was a minor drawback. We didn't book breakfast since we slept in until 11 AM, and there are plenty of restaurants with various international cuisines, including Chinese, right outside the hotel. I brought my own sheets and duvet covers, so I didn't require daily housekeeping service. I just needed to request fresh bottles of water and have the trash emptied every day.

The hotel's location is excellent; we could walk to the London Eye, take a Thames river cruise, and visit Westminster Abbey. Using Uber was also very convenient, and there are double-decker buses right outside the hotel, making transportation accessible everywhere. On our first day, we received a welcome fruit platter. The front desk also provided a daily fruit basket near the elevators for guests to help themselves. Additionally, free iced water and lemonade were available, which was great for filling up bottles before heading out. A bespectacled Caucasian lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice, answering all our questions with gentleness and patience. She even gave our child a small gift, which kicked off our London trip wonderfully. The tall, Black gentleman at the concierge had a charming smile and helped us arrange luggage storage, ensuring a perfect end to our journey. The Executive City View room was particularly suitable for families, as the sofa bed was a fantastic 1.5-meter double bed! This meant the room effectively had two 1.5-meter beds, separated by a partition, making it ideal for families. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, but towels and linens weren't changed every day, which is understandable for environmental reasons. However, it was a bit disappointing when stained sheets weren't replaced. Also, old bathrobes were taken away but not replaced with new ones, and slippers weren't replenished during our 7-day stay; by the last two days, they were practically falling apart. On the day of checkout, December 12th, the male receptionist severely lowered the hotel's service score. He was impatient during our conversation, and even though he knew we weren't proficient in English, he spoke quickly and mumbled. This was a stark contrast to the thoughtful attitude of the Caucasian lady on our first day, who slowed down her speech and emphasized important words for guests. The hotel breakfast was quite good, especially for London, which can be a 'food desert,' but the variety never changed, making it a bit repetitive after seven days. Furthermore, the room's hardware facilities were a bit old, and the bathroom was too small, with the toilet and sink almost touching, making it feel cramped. Overall, it's still a good hotel, and I hope the areas needing improvement will be addressed.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here, always drawn back by its great value for money and excellent service.

First off, the location isn't central, but there's a subway station right across from the hotel, making public transport super convenient. The hotel also has its own parking lot, so it's a good option if you're driving. It's not far from Wembley, either, so it's a solid choice if you're here for a concert. Plus, there are lots of restaurants across the street, mostly fast food, but there's this one Turkish place that's really good. Honestly, a few times we've booked this hotel just for that restaurant! There's also a cinema nearby.

The room facilities show some wear and tear compared to a few years ago, but it's within a reasonable range. There's air conditioning in the room, and you can adjust the temperature yourself. Just note that the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, so remember to bring your own.

We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the dining. They do have their own restaurant, though.

The front desk service is excellent. Staff members who've seen us before even greet us specially – they're very friendly. If you need anything, you can just call the front desk directly, and they're pretty quick to respond.

Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

Great pool and location near the sea. Great beds in the park. Breakfast was delicious and very rich assortment. Parking infront off the hotel. Super place for sightseeing Rovinj and Pula.

This is my favorite hotel on this trip. The scenery is unbeatable. I can stay a few more days. I want to come again. There are many trees and the sea view is beautiful. The breakfast is very good and rich. It is a resort hotel and you can drive here.

Everything is unique & comfortable. But service is not up to par. Below average room service as they don’t understand my English instruction & requests

This is a 4-star hotel, but the room didn't even have bottled water, slippers, toothbrushes, cotton pads, or any of those small amenities you might need. We had to ask for slippers, and they brought them.

The sink was clogged, but they fixed it when we asked.

Room cleaning was superficial; one time, they didn't even make the bed, just took out the trash. 

All the dispensers (shampoo, soap) were nearly empty; we had to request refills. The internet in the room was poor, probably because we were on a high floor.

The canal view from the 7th floor was a pleasant surprise – it was definitely worth it.

Among the staff, Kostya was very friendly and helpful. The other ladies were less welcoming.

The room was a little small, but it was a stylish and clean hotel. There was an espresso machine and a kettle, and the bed mattress was comfortable.
It's a 20-minute tram ride to Amsterdam Central Station, and about 3 minutes to the nearest tram station, so it's convenient. It's in a quiet residential area in front of a park, so it's recommended for those who want a quiet stay while still enjoying sightseeing!
The fact that there aren't many shops nearby is a bit inconvenient, and the negative points are that the cleaning was insufficient on some days and there was no bathtub.
