This is an excellent hotel for a couple of days, a great option for an overnight stay after a long flight. We walked directly from the airport, not taking the detour shown on maps, but the shortest route. It turned out to be quite inconvenient, especially with luggage, as there's practically no sidewalk and it's difficult to cross the road to the hotel side – there are no traffic lights nearby (and traffic is heavy even at night). The hotel itself is excellent, with beautiful grounds and a pool (part of the pool was under renovation). There were definitely free sun loungers in the morning. The breakfast buffet was decent, with enough options and a good selection of fruits. The room was perfectly fine, with some minor scuffs on the wooden interior, but still cozy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Bali, and we chose this hotel in Seminyak. The only downside was that we weren't checked into the exact room we booked, although they assured us it was the same room category. After two days, they moved us to the correct room. The breakfasts were decent with a good variety, even offering plant-based milk. The pool was nice, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent – they were always ready to help.

I think this hotel is still a great value for money option in Kuta, as I only paid 160 yuan when I booked it, yet I enjoyed a very rich breakfast. I'd give their service a high score for that. The hotel is also very close to the airport, probably only a 15-minute taxi ride away. I didn't use the surrounding facilities, but the whole of Bali is generally convenient. The room was quite spacious, and although the facilities were a bit old, they were all of good quality, leaving me with a positive impression. I had a really good stay experience here; at the very least, it didn't fall below my expectations. The hotel also offers SPA services, but only until 10 PM, so guests who want to experience it should make sure to go early.

We had a really pleasant stay at Prime Plaza Suites Sanur and would rate it a solid 8/10. It’s especially great for families with small kids—the setup and atmosphere make it very easy and comfortable to stay here with little ones.

The staff stood out as particularly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. There are also nice snack and drink deals during the day, which we found convenient and good value.

Breakfast was good and offered enough variety for everyone to find something they like, though it wasn’t particularly exceptional. The dinner restaurant, on the other hand, felt a bit average compared to what you can find nearby.

One of the biggest advantages is the location. Sanur has so many great cafes and restaurants within easy reach, so next time we would probably skip the breakfast option and explore more outside instead.

Overall, a very comfortable and family-friendly place with excellent service—definitely a good choice when staying in Sanur.

We had a fantastic stay at Bali Dynasty Resort. It’s truly a paradise for families with kids.

The water slides and kids’ pool were the highlight — our children absolutely loved them and never wanted to leave! The facilities are very family-friendly and well maintained.

The staff were warm, attentive, and always welcoming with big smiles. The food options were varied and enjoyable, with great service throughout.

A perfect choice for a fun and relaxing family holiday. We will definitely be back!

This is a very special hotel. Every staff member is friendly, and you'll always see them with smiles, whether it's morning or evening. The unique design of the villas also draws you in. The sea here is incredibly clean, so clear you can see the fish swimming in it. The breakfast and room service are both delicious. At night, you can see a whole sky full of stars. It's definitely a hotel worth visiting again.

The hotel was clean though it's a bit old. Room door was not close tightly as there's gap in between but it's just 1 night stay for me, so I ignore that. Overall service at the recept was good & value for money.

Never met hotel this proper with that price range. Though it's a non star hotel but experience a 5 star one. The room space, facilities, ambiance, bathroom/toilet, design are well thought and organized. Check out with fresh feeling and contend, will definitely stay again in the future when coming to Surabaya. Thanks to the management team. Need to work on the breakfast buffet, its taste and ingredients.
