Amazing
IIgal NessI had an incredible stay at Shota@Rustaveli Boutique Hotel as a solo traveler blending work and leisure. The location is perfect—centrally situated in Tbilisi, just a short walk from the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre and the Georgian National Museum, making it ideal for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable desk that was perfect for getting work done. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

GGuest UserProbably my first time posting such a long review as I'm truly impressed with the value that the accommodation provides: Reception staffs are friendly and when checking in early around 8am to offload my luggage after an overnight train, I was informed the earliest possible timing is 12noon which I had no issues as I had a day tour which ended on late afternoon. Pleasantly surprised the accommodation has an elevator which is a great saviour for guests with luggage. The room is clean and spacious, it has the amenities which I require especially the hair dryer which is very efficient to dry off my wet hair post shower especially. The lady in charge of the restaurant during breakfast hours is professional and proactive. She took note of my room number, replenished the dishes promptly and also cleared off the utensils left by guests and cleaned the table using sanitizers pretty quick so the restaurant remains clean and tidy. I'm impressed with her professionalism and the hotel management should duly reward her for doing her job well. I would suggest having more fruit options as it's pretty limited and repetitive. As compared to my previous hotel stay in Tbilisi, this hotel is simply a gem. Highly recommended and would like to stay when I return for the next trip. If only the hotel is close to a metro station it would be superb in my opinion.

GGuest UserThe hotel is generally well located; however, access by car is not very convenient. Vehicles cannot approach the entrance directly, so guests are dropped off nearby and have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. Overall, the staff leave a positive impression — the team works in a coordinated manner, and there is clear involvement from both the front desk and management. Unfortunately, this applies to a lesser extent to the restaurant and room service. Restaurant service could be improved: service is not always prompt, and tables are cleared with delays. At the same time, the food quality is good — breakfasts are tasty, and hot dishes are prepared well and replenished on time. I would also note that during breakfast, waiters leave the dining area several times to smoke, exiting directly from the restaurant. As a result, the door is frequently opened and cold air enters the room, which is uncomfortable during the winter season. I would also note that communication with room service was inappropriate — the order was taken in a rather rude manner, which does not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. The rooms are very compact. Once a suitcase is opened or a chair is moved away from the desk, it becomes difficult to move around the room. All beds in the hotel are made of two joined beds; there are no king-size beds. This information was confirmed at the front desk when I attempted to upgrade my room. Room lighting is insufficient, and the windows face neighboring buildings. The organization of drinking water also raises questions. Despite the hotel’s four-star rating, water is not delivered to the rooms. Guests are expected to fill their own bottles from a water dispenser on the floor, where queues sometimes form, creating the impression of staying in a student campus. Housekeeping is carried out regularly, though not always thoroughly. At the same time, I would like to note a positive point: due to low occupancy, I was provided with a complimentary room upgrade, which had a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay. Overall, the hotel leaves a mixed impression: strong work from the front desk and management and decent food quality are combined with noticeable shortcomings in restaurant service, room comfort, and basic guest amenities.

GGuest UserThank you for the wonderful stay at your hotel. We stayed for a week and had requested a room with a view in advance because it was my birthday. The view was splendid, and the hotel was cozy. Breakfasts were magnificent. Housekeeping was daily. We asked for extra pillows, and the staff brought them right away. I even received a complimentary gift from the hotel for my birthday. The only minor issue was that some water splashes out of the shower onto the floor due to the partition, but it's not a big deal. Also, a suggestion: it would be great to have toothbrush holders in the bathroom. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends.

GGuest UserThe beds were very clean and the view was amazing from the 10th floor. Our room was always cleaned up whenever we would come back to the room everyday. The bathrooms cleanliness and shower was amazing and very good quality. The staff were very nice and all spoke English, giving us a comfortable and pleasant experience at the Hilton Hotel.

XxhchengFrom the airport, take bus 377 and transfer to bus 371. The bus stop is across from the hotel. To get to the airport, transfer to bus 377 from bus 540. Just to the hotel entrance, head left to find the sulfur baths. A short walk leads to popular areas like Freedom Square. The cable car is just across the bridge. Transportation is very convenient, not just for the subway. Tbilisi bus stops generally have signs indicating the arrival time for each bus. The receptionist was very welcoming. The lobby is warm and homey. The room was large, with two large windows facing the street and directly opposite the adjacent building. Opening the windows was a bit noisy, but the soundproofing was excellent. In addition to the bed, wardrobe, desk, and pantry, there was also a stool at the foot of the bed, a sofa chair, a small coffee table, and floor-standing clothes racks. The suitcase shelf was so long that we could fit both of our suitcases. Most pleasantly, the mini-fridge contained free water and several beverages. The bathroom was large, but the water pressure was a bit weak. The hotel has its own steakhouse on the first floor, and there are many restaurants nearby. Clean up in time.

MMariaIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi. 1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name 2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****. 3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive). 4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

YYobaobaoThis is a very unique hotel. The staircase public area has a bit of a nightclub vibe, which is very unique. The room was a little small, and the suitcases couldn't be fully opened, but the service was very good.

KkamgpdjThe location is far from the center and you need to be careful as you can't go without using a taxi or bus. The equipment said toothbrush and bathrobe, but it wasn't in the room. I didn't have a bathtub in my room, so I told the front desk to change to a room with a bathtub. The luxury of the rooms and facilities is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel, but the service was the impression that it was a 4-star hotel.
