Nice pool, I cleaned it daily due to the trees overhanging drop lots of debris in it but still nice to have. AC and Wi-Fi worked well. We were asked to vacate our room (4 hours) during our stay due to fumigation happening at in the rooms. Kitchen was decent for cooking a few meals. I came to surf and probably won’t be returning to the la punta area but a nice stay for the price. There was no hot water in our shower.

Fransico and Claudia did a great job at making guests feel at home.
The place was very clean and quite. No bugs of anysort, a/c for blazing hot days, spacious room, small shared kitchen, pool right outside your room, walking distance to La Punta (10 mins)
The whole place was well decorated, espescially the pool area.
Would stay again. Highly recommend !

We had a very bad experience. The staff girls don't seem to be trained, they seem like just another guest, only one of them cleaned the rooms. We had problems with the electricity and water supply because of the weather and although I know it was out of their hands to control this, they do not have an electrical source for these situations (which I assume happen frequently) or even a candle for some light, no intention on their part to help guests. The instruments in the shared kitchen are old and deficient. They have brooms, buckets, hoses, paint cans and tools in the common area. For the price I think there should be better quality utensils and furniture. It does not qualify as economic accommodation to have so many deficiencies. The rooms are a good size and clean, otherwise it would have been the last straw. I don't recommend anyone stay here even though the place looks spectacular in the photos. I left the room and no one came out to check out, in the end I sent them a message and they didn't even respond, quite hostile since I complained. The location is very good and it was the reason we stayed there, but better look for another place.

I was never able to contact them, which is why I couldn't stay with them even though I told them that I would arrive at 11 pm and they were not attentive.
I had to look for a place to stay in the middle of the night.
