"The hotel is clean, staff are nice. The location is good which is close to Sawgrass Mills mall. However, there is no slippers, no cleansing products like toothpaste, toothbrush, etc provide，that’s a bit troublesome as I do not expect no such stuff and I arrived late at night, cannot buy either. The breakfast is not as good as expected, just few choices for the buffet."

"Everything was great. Only one thing. I Was not crazy about the lobby doors not needing a key to get in during the night. Anyone can just walk into the building. Which I thought was dangerous especially because there is no one in the lobby working after 11 pm."

TTervell TurnerUnfortunately when I got there I had to have my room changed because no one dusted any of the fixtures in a long time. When I got to my new room it was pretty much the same thing but I saw someone from housecleaning I. The hall and she came over and cleaned the fixtures on my room. That is the only issue I had with the room. Housecleaning turned down my room for me everyday, which I loved. The front desk and the staff in the lobby were great. I wish I could remember the 2 ladies at the desk that helped me with my room because they were amazing. The gentleman that worked in the lobby said hello to me everytime he saw me. Such a fine gentleman. The 2 young ladies working by the pool towel were ababsolutely the best. They need a raise. They bartender from Queens NY that worked at the Landshark was the best bartender in the whole place. Very personable, great personality, always smiling, and remembered my drink after meeting me only once. My friends were very impressed, they thought I was a regular there. Lol The restaurants in and around Margaritaville were good and we enjoyed just about every place we ate at. I can't wait to go back there. There were so many more things I wanted to do in and around the hotel. I hope the cleaning situation gets better. They need to add some cold water to the pool because it was way to warm to cool you off. I enjoyed myself and so did my friends. We will definitely be back soon with more friends.

GGuest UserRocketstay is awful. Pain to use, slow, cumbersome, check in extraordinarily late so they can charge extra to check in early, extremely early check out. This place was advertised at $130/night, and at the end of the rocketstay fees it was $200/night. Not worth it.

GGuest UserLocation is perfect , just cross the street and you are on the beach, also fresh cookies every time you walk in and even walking out if you ask for for it , they will never let you down , also they give you bottles of water , the staff is very friendly , nice pool looking on the inter coastal , location is middle of everything you need, 5 min walk to Walmart, 7 min to Starbucks, worth it, second time to go there and I would recommend it to anyone

EeM.MReally good location, close to the beach, nightlife center, etc. Big parking but there is not a covered one for the self parking one.
The room had a great view however I'd prefer to be asked whether I prefer the ocean view (from the booking) and not port view only (what I received).
The main part is ok, a big comfortable bed, TV. Unfortunately I don't think that usb ports close to bed work... As they didn't charge nothing during the night.
The bathroom - clean but really old, so even though someone wanted to clean it up really well, it did not help to cover how much it was consumed...
Only 1* for staff, the only nice person was a girl during the check out, other receptionists - girl during check-in was really rude, same did the guy when we had to turn back and ask for bracelets that we didn't receive during check in even if we should... Same story at the hotel bar.
Do I recommend this place? If you plan to sleep and spend all day away is ok, if you want to feel cared for by the staff, change your hotel, Marriott is close to this one and theh will take vare of you more.

DDutchiesDuring our trip through Florida, we had the pleasure of staying one night at the Ocean Reef Hotel, and it was truly a great experience. Upon arrival, we found the reception closed, but it wasn’t long before a very friendly lady came to assist us with check-in. She had just gone out to grab a bite to eat, which is completely understandable – everyone needs food! Once we got to our hotel room, we were pleased to find it clean, well-maintained, and above average in size. Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, what mattered most was that the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless.
After checking in, we went out for a meal, but upon returning, we discovered that the parking lot was nearly full, making it difficult to find a spot. Without even needing to ask, a very helpful staff member on the night shift immediately resolved the issue by assigning us a great parking space near the entrance. This thoughtful service made a huge difference. Throughout the night, this gentleman also conducted a round of checks, which gave us a great sense of security. The hotel itself was quiet, and we had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities, including the toilet and shower, were also impeccably clean.
In the morning, when we checked out, the same lady who helped us with check-in was there again, and once more, we were greeted with kindness and a friendly smile.
This hotel is definitely a place I would return to during a Florida road trip. I highly recommend it and want to thank the staff for their excellent care. It’s absolutely a place to revisit.

QQINLUThe biggest problem is that the train is too close to the train until twelve o'clock at night and noisy and can't sleep, so I have to put earplugs into my ears, which is uncomfortable and affects the quality of sleep. This problem cannot be solved
