"Located just a few minutes from the exit of Agrate, half an hour from San Siro, immersed in the green garden, spacious room with large window, 90s furnished, modern and renovated bathroom. Breakfast for all taste (and we are demanding). Professional and available staff. Reception 24 out of 24 just play the clock. Excellent quality price, thank you"

"Hotel is located just out of highway near a big shopping area where you can find many restaurants and shops.
Fast check in and check out thanks to very efficient staff.
Good breakfast with lot of choice, wifi is working well.
Rooms are clean, acceptable size, quite silent.
But far from being a 4 stars hotel, to me it worth no more than 3 due to missing of many amenities, fridge, closed wardrobe, slippers, complimentary water, etc.
Good for 1-2 nights if you have a car ( no public transportation around) and location is convenient.

"The hotel is in need of maintenance. In the room I stayed in, the lights in the bathroom sink didn't work, the toilet didn't flush and the general lighting system, which should turn off when we were out of the room, didn't turn off either.
If the necessary maintenance is done, this hotel is an excellent place to stay for anyone who wants to explore the area."

Being an international chain the service quality should be prioritised. English communication is not enough at all, and certain employees/waiters show no politeness so a shame on the overall experience during the stay."

"Breakfast is so-so, but croissants, coffee, milk and juice are all necessary. The interior of the room is very good, with a four-star rating, and the decoration style is simple. I like the towel drying rack outside the toilet the most. Both the brother and the uncle at the front desk of this hotel are very handsome in suits!"

"Very close to the toll booth, convenient parking, excellent reception service, spacious clean room, large bathroom, comfortable beds, well-stocked and varied breakfast buffet.
I suggest the cleaning staff to lower the volume of their voice in the morning so as not to disturb the rest of the guests"
