Suncloud Hotel Busan Reviews

They gave you a small flat pillow if you ask for more they request you to buy the whole bed set from them as they said it is the instruction from the owner. A bit ridiculous but since we booked for only 2 nights so just endure with it. Not to mention another difficulty,The hotel is not easy to find, you book with Suncloud hotel, but everywhere you find on the street is Seacloud hotel. It is exact the same building but seems like the 2 owners. To check in your room, you have to go to level 4(seacloud) to connect to level 6 (suncloud reception). In the bath, we check for 3 adults, they gave us 4 small towel(19” x 35”). This was the worst out of the few places we stay in Seoul and Busan.

Great location, spacious room. Points to consider: 1. There are no large towels, just hand normal gym sized ones, 2. There is no iron available, and you might have to persist until they find one. 3. Suncloud Hotel and Sea Cloud Hotel are in the SAME building and floor. Just in case the taxi driver is confused ( ours was). 4. The swimming pool is only open in August and closed the rest of the year(we were advised ). The location is perfect, and the view is magnificent.

Place is okay and accessible to Haeundae Beach with varieties of stores and restaurants. Only hassle is needing to transfer elevator twice to get to your room.

Decided to get a serviced mini apart as I had to stay a week in town. Unfortunately it did not turn out to be as good as other near by hotels were in other occasions. I was tricked by the fact that it was written newly refurbished. Definitely it is not a place for business people several points hold my stars: - Despite arrived in business clothes (definitely I was not going partying) I was assigned a room on the 6th floor just beneath the main party road - when I asked a more quiet room I was told that Haeundae is a party location and they could not help - windows was with some sort of electric driven closure that, of course, did not seal. As consequence noise was part of my night and managed to save the cold by using the duvet from the second bed - Only one set of curtains, likely they were the dark one which I had to keep closed when taking shower or changing - How can such big apart have such small second class bath? - Definitely do not advertise it for business purposes in particular when there are school trips as in my case students above kept me awake till 3am Sorry guys it was probably my error in not doing the proper due diligence

In terms of location, there’s no complain about this hotel. It’s right across the Haeundae beach, literally just 5 mins walk to get to the ocean. We picked the room with partial ocean view, it’s so relaxing to wake up to this gorgeous view. Definitely recommend checking in to this hotel. In terms of pricing, I personally think it’s totally worth it comparing to the other ocean view hotels. Would definitely pick this hotel again when I visit Haeundae next time!

The location is as the same as Seacloud Hotel so it was a bit confusing. Very near to Haeundae street food market and Haeundae beach. Bath towel was only given when asked. Otherwise they only provided the smaller towels.

Near sea view, room is clean. Except toiletries not enough for family group. Hotel name external and internal really confuse foreign or local people. The operator should look into it otherwise will cause frustration of foreigners searching for Suncloud Hotel.

It that is very good hotel, comfort and amazing view to haeundae beach

Very close to the beach of Haeundae. However the hotel was kind of hard to find as the building it is in is actually a mix of bunch of other stores and two other residence hotels. Some amenities have to be bought at the counter. The room was spacious and the beds were well organized, but the bathroom floor wasn’t as clean. Ok for a night stay but I wouldn’t stay longer.
