New Dawn Plus

I requested a room with great Wi-Fi connection and they did just that. I am satisfied with their service, the staff are all friendly and informative.

So love the place! Easy access to establishments. Staff are friendly. Room is clean and good. They also have restobar in the roofdeck. Cozy and has nice view.

The space in the lobby is insufficient and mainit ang A/c. Information about the inclusion in the booking was not properly informed by the receptionist, a little more conversation is ok naman.

Room was okay, as usual. I’ve usually been staying at new dawn plus whenever I visit Ca***an. I was not that satisfied though as that day the hotel was fully booked and the room I booked was unavailable. Ff while I was talking with the support from Trip for about 10-15 mins, the receptionist from the hotel informed me that a bigger room was available so I grabbed it. Had to pay a little extra and fortunately Trip assisted me with this for the inconvenience

Great Customer services and convenience location

Nice hotel, rather cheap. Rooms are out date and used and rough state. With bit better governance it could be great hotel.

The location is very convenient and staffs are kind

The room is not clean. Dust can be found anywhere. They only use blinds for the windows and not curtains. The heat of the sun would touch your skin. It’s not sound proof since you can loudly hear the people walking and talking outside your room.

Nothing to complain, i slept well during my stay the staff are ok
