We had a great time at Coral Level from activities to food and drinks we had a blast! Highly recommend!

The view of the Caribbean Sea is really beautiful. You can watch the sunrise from your room. The service is also very good.

The room is cozy and faces the sea. The service staff is very enthusiastic. The food is good. There are many activities and the evening performances are also good.

Good food, good accommodation, beautiful scenery

I wasn't expecting it, but it was better than expected. It is difficult to make a reservation for the restaurant, so it is recommended to make a reservation in advance. If you don't make a reservation, you have to go to a walk-in, so I'll leave it to luck...

It feels like a four-star level. Although it is all-inclusive, the drinks are not good, and there is no better restaurant in the hotel. The swimming pool is full and noisy, and there is no leisure a**osphere. There was still hair in the bathtub that people lived in before. The taxi can't stop at the front desk, so I have to pull the box and walk to the back floor. About Cancun: But it's not the hotel's fault, the whole Cancun revealed such an impetuous a**osphere. Taxi is expensive. Not my kind of place.

Great experience. Friendly service but often slow. Main building restaurants should take reservations the lineups were very long. Check in and front desk amazing. Decor was beautiful. Would go back.

Beautiful resort, very clean, friendly staff and fantastic amenities. Was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was as well. Irma was an amazing bar tender in the lobby bar, as was most of the staff (all very friendly). Highly recommend and we will be back.

The suites at the Coral Level are nice, clean, and comfortable. However, there weren't any rooms with a double bed available at the time of my check-in. I had to sleep on the sofa bed. Seems like most of their rooms have a king bed (good for couples). Everything needed is included (didn't see a hair blow dryer though). The bathroom is updated. Overall, beautiful resort. No complaints about the food. Go ahead and book.

Although I reserved a room with 2 double beds, it was unavailable when I arrived with my son. The girl behind the counter tried to gaslight me by saying that bed selection was subject to availability! Then she told me that it was Expedia’s mixup and not theirs. My son had to sleep on a junky sofa bed for 2 nights.

Everything was perfect from check in to the incredible food to the luxurious feel of the room.
