We are 3 girls and we reserved a night at this facility for December 17-18, we would have arrived in Cancun on 15, but from 15 to 17 we would have been in Valladolid; about two weeks earlier we sent a message to the facility asking if it was possibly leave the baggage from 15 to 17 at the building despite our reservation for 17-18, the building responded by telling us that they have a reduced space for the baggage, but if it was possible in terms of space, We could have quietly left the baggage.
