第一次住酒店寫差評，送給了滄州維也納酒店。耳釘就放在床頭桌上了，車子快開到瀋陽了才想起來，聯繫酒店説打掃衞生的人沒有看到，不相信住客。酒店經理處理態度和語氣都不如前台，全程溝通搶話説，愛怎樣就怎樣的態度。衹能説你損壞了滄州人形象。

這兩天滄州挺冷的，晚上的車想着下午住個酒店洗個熱水澡睡個覺，這個維也納是新開的想着不錯，進房間一間都不是智能的設備。。這都不重要
主要是洗個澡一分鐘後才出熱水。。熱水水壓還不大，我住的二樓啊。。二樓就沒水壓了。。而且熱水也不熱。。
然後洗完澡有點冷就把空調調到制熱啊，房間是中央空調，我調到30度制熱最大風，感覺一直吹冷風呢，風挺大的，但沒有熱風啊。。我調到最大40多度去了也不行。。
酒店浴室沒有洗手液，這也無所謂，但沒有肥皂就頭一次遇到，沒有肥皂咋弄了個肥皂盒啊？？？
不過洗髮水沐浴露挺好聞的！
另外誇一誇保潔阿姨挺好的，熱情打招呼，態度挺好的，暖暖的！
另外我訂的是下午3點到7點的小時房，6點十多分前台就打電話催，洗着澡呢正。。

床很舒服，房間也很温暖，服務態度很好，周圍交通便利，基礎設施完善，還有健身房和洗衣機烘乾機，打掃房間的阿姨很仔細

服務態度真是太差了，尤其前台，給前台打電話諮詢問題説是新來的不知道等老員工回來了回電話，等倆小時都不回，打電話問過去説忘了態度還很生硬，預訂房間過時幾分鐘就扣錢，打電話過去説就這規定，這樣的店這樣的員工真是不會再選擇入住了，一點人情味沒有。

總體不錯，位置好，訂的雙床房（臨街的都是雙床房），隔音不好，夜裡每次過大車，都被吵醒，建議好好做做窗户的隔音，同時不臨街的增加雙床房，方便賓客選擇。

房間衞生很不好，馬桶堵了，進去時馬桶裏有臟污，床上還有沒清理乾淨的紙巾一類的。馬桶申請通了兩次，最後也沒徹底通乾淨。體驗很差。
