"The facility was nice. I just think they should fix the luggage cart for a nicer one . The place was percentable. Staff was not well coordinated. and in the shower light paint was coming off the ceiling. Pool & Gym was nice . Breakfast lady's were very nice and receptionist."

"Nice property. Unfortunately the renovation did not benefit all rooms. The location is wonderful, right off the interstate but secluded with woods and walking paths. The indoor pool looks perfect, but unfortunately it’s closed without good reason. Also, the bathroom does not have lotion, toothbrushes, or other toiletries except soap and shampoo. The room has zero water bottles. The gentleman at the front desk was kind but I wish he asked if we needed water bottles or toiletries or if we were rewards members. Water pressure in the shower was weak, but the water was hot and soft."

"The hotel is quiet and nice, and the breakfast is pretty good. It is suitable for business trips. The hotel staff can also help answer questions enthusiastically. The coffee is also very fragrant. The whole environment is very suitable for living."

"The hotel is located near Boston. In downtown Boston, hotels are very expensive, but I was very satisfied with clean facilities at a relatively low price. In particular, it was nice to be able to eat fresh food as blueberries and strawberries were served for breakfast."

"The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are varied and plentiful. The only complaint involved bedding. The pillows are to small and this mattress was a little to hard. We also did not have any hand soap."

"In the room on the first night, the air conditioner made a loud noise when operating. The control switch only had automatic and manual, and only had two levels of adjustment. I have never stayed in a hotel room with such a loud air conditioner. After reporting it to the front desk the next morning, I was very disappointed. We were simply upgraded to a room with a separate bed and sofa bed, but the air conditioner was still noisy, just not as loud as the one in the room on the first night. The service at the counter is good, the parking lot is free, and there are shopping malls nearby."
