"Hotel service is very good, the front desk is warm and patient. The rooms are clean and well equipped. It’s just that the shower is not too good, too high, the water is not concentrated enough, the water runs out of the bathroom door, there is no sewer outside, and the socks that go to the bathroom are wet. The breakfast is too simple, and it is better to give some vegetables. In short, I am very happy to stay at this hotel, I look forward to seeing you next time."
"The room is more spacious, the facilities are old, the health is OK, the service is in place, the hotel is cheap, the price is super high. The location is in the city center, convenient access, it is worth staying."
"The hotel is in a good location, with a subway station just outside and many bus stops nearby. It is very convenient to take the bus from the airport without having to change buses. We chose it as we had to stay overnight in Lisbon before changing planes and it was a good choice. Although the interior is not new, it has everything it should have. The front desk downstairs is also friendly. The elevator is a bit small, but it seems that this is the case here. I don't know what it will be like during the peak tourist season. It was very quiet when I checked in at this time. I didn't hear any noise from the neighbors. In short, I am quite satisfied with its cost-effectiveness."

"The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are well equipped, there is a swimming pool, a gym, and the front desk can communicate in English, which is convenient, but many locals do not speak English. Generally speaking, it is recommended"
"Most tour groups are arranged for Casa to arrange a day trip, too few! Casa is the fastest-growing and best city in Morocco. Young people in Morocco are running here. It is worth a week to take a look. I stayed in the city center for a few days. I highly recommend this one. It used to be the only boutique hotel in Casa. It is still the best. The old French apartment is different. The service and the top floor restaurant are very good. The location is nothing to say. The main attractions can be reached on foot. After visiting the attractions, choose a street every day, and find a street cafe to eat and drink. The old city of Kasa is more appetizing than Marrakech, not so commercial, allowing yourself to get lost in it, very safe, only walk carefully. Casa has the only %Arabica cafe in Morocco. The Bacha waiting time in Marrakech is too exaggerated. It is not much different to drink this one. There is no need to wait at all. There are Gongcha and fashionable neighborhoods next door. After shopping in the city center, move to Anfa Beach for two days."
"The one next to the road is noisy, but the one next to the garden is very quiet. The hotel is very high-end, and there is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive."
"We recently had the pleasure of staying at Stayhere Casablanca, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of attentiveness and professionalism from the staff was evident.
Salma deserves special mention for her warm welcome and efficient check-in process. She was incredibly responsive to all our inquiries, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect.
Achraf the manager went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued as guests. Their proactive approach to customer service and willingness to accommodate special requests truly set this property apart.
Even Mehdi made an impression with his cheerful demeanor and swift assistance with our luggage. He ensured we settled into our room seamlessly and was always ready to lend a helping hand.
The consistent excellent service from every member of the staff turned our stay into a memorable experience. We would highly recommend Stayhere Casablanca to anyone seeking comfort, care, and top-tier hospitality. This is a hotel that truly knows how to make its guests feel special."
"We arrive after midnight. The front desk was so nice and they gave us free upgrade to suite. The hotel is actually quite far. We'll, to he honest kinda my fault for not checking the location before we book it. 35 minutes walk from casa port, 25 minutes with the tram to casa voyageurs, and 40 minutes walk to hasan mosque. Good things is the hotel is not very far from the tram stop. The hotel room itself looks really nice, but not clean. The drainage to the shower was clog. So when we took shower, it started to flooding to all over the bathroom. We told the front desk about it. Bit nothing really don't with it. Also first day was there. I saw blood stain on one of the pillow case. Luckily they have lots of pillow inside the room. So I did not use it. The next night I saw they change the pillow case, but this time I saw blood stain on the blanket which was not there the night before. I thunk they should check them properly and clean it. From the picture u can see it is an old stain."
"The location is quiet, within a ten minute walk from several commercial centers, the facilities are a bit old, there is no shampoo and shower gel in the room."

Amazing
VVivekThe service is excellent, which is usual for 4 seasons. The spa was under renovation, which we should have been informed while booking. The other major drawback is the hotel does not have a bar and does not serve any liquor because of its proximity to the Hasán mosque.
GGuest UserThe room facilities are old, similar to the level of foreign-related hotels in China in the 1990s, but overall it is quite clean. The view outside the window is somewhat different from the promotional picture. It is recommended to choose the best room or make a request at the front desk. The omelet and pancakes for breakfast are delicious. There are few parking spaces at the door, but the doorman will help you park nearby for free, just give a tip. The front desk requires a credit card deposit, which is the only requirement during the trip to Morocco, and it has not been settled after two weeks.
MMary MollyI had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and even helped me carry my luggage to my room. The reception staff were well-spoken and provided all the necessary details about my stay.
The room was spotless, spacious (especially for the price I got on Trip.com), and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the automated lighting and loved the small balcony, which could be opened for fresh air.
Breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options beyond the usual fare. In addition to Moroccan dishes and French pastries, there was a selection of well-seasoned Chinese and other Asian foods, which added a unique touch.
The service and overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I also want to commend the hardworking and kind Filipino staff I met during my stay—they spoke highly of the hotel and contributed to the excellent experience.
This hotel truly deserves more recognition for its outstanding service and quality.
IIsmailThe room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park.
What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered.
Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.

Very Good
GGuest UserThere are total 4 of us staying in the Riad for 3 nights.
Myself and my boyfriend room is at the 2nd floor
2 of our friends are at the ground floor next to the “living” area.
The Riad is located near the Main Street and it is very easy to find and navigate. Great location !
Inside the Riad it is nicely decorated too.
1. The room is huge and nicely decorated , clean
2. Staffs are very friendly and with minimal charges they will get the clothes washed too
3. Heater works very well
4. The breakfast was nothing special usually it comes with eggs and multiple choices of local breads and sweets with coffee and tea
5. They are very accommodating to our friends’ request to change to another room too
Point to note :
The shower and toilet are combined so the floor get wet after each shower
Overall we had a great experience here and would recommend it to other travellers too.
GGuest UserFirst time in Casablanca. Chose Ibis as it was a reliable chain. The location was superb- located right next to the train station. The staff were helpful. However, if you want to use the hotel, note that the hotel doesn’t have a fridge or a safety box inside the room. Also the toilets had a bad smell when I first opened the door.
LLvlvyueguangThe hotel is very easy to find on the side of the road. There are places to eat around. There is also a small supermarket opened by Chinese people within a minute's walk. It is more convenient. The room layout is very reasonable, the bed and bedding are very comfortable, the hotel is clean and the service is thoughtful.
GGuest UserI liked to credit Trip for offering a good value rate for this stay including breakfast
We arrived early at the hotel and was told to wait 15 minutes for the room, reasonable request....the room was cleaned, well stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water included. Bedding was comfortable.......my only beef was at breakfast....one of the coffee machine was not working causing long wait times....my spouse is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water kettle) was not always available and requires refill......selections at the food stations are hits and misses....could improve in replenishing food.. an ok breakfast....btw, butter is a luxury in Morocco and not well stocked. I would consider staying again if the price is right
GGuest UserPositive review: An okay hotel. Perfect for a short stay. Great location, Good initiative on the soap dispenser (see photo)
Negative review: Lacked an English speaker, had difficulty communicating. No telephone in the rooms so to request anything you have to come downstairs, no complimentary water which is not idle for a hotel.
GGuest UserMy room didn't make a good impression on me upon entering: a little cramped, with the bathroom (though new and absolutely decent) located in the corner at the entrance and with a brown carpet that objectively gives the impression of being old and shabby. I don't know if you can find better things at that price. However the staff was very kind and they kept my suitcase for me until the afternoon. It is right next to the Casa-Voyageur railway station from which you can easily go to the airport with an hourly train for 50 dirhams.
