Totalement surfait ! Ou sont les 5 étoiles ?...obtenues dans une pochette ” bonux” ? Notre chambre était désuète mais charmante....nous en étions conscients lors de la réservation ... ce qui n autorise pas pour autant de laisser des joints de douche dans un tel état Un hôtel 5 étoiles ou même 1 étoile implique un.menage correct Le point le plus stupéfiant c'est que lors des grosses chaleurs ( 30 degrés) il faut impérativement demander à la réception( de jour comme de nuit ) pour bénéficier ou pas de la climatisation.. La chambre est à 240 e et vous devez demander qu on vous donne ou pas de la climatisation...on ne peut régler ni le débit ni la température...un non sens! Hotel 5 étoiles ? Le ménage y est fait ” a la demande” ce n est pas systématique... Hotel 5 étoiles ? On nous vante la bouilloire dans la chambre mais impossible d obtenir des dosettes de café...ou dosettes de lait déshydratés..uniquement du thé est proposé Hotel 5 étoiles ? Pas de wifi ou presque pas Pas de réseau telephone Le petit-déjeuner ! Le pire moment ! Celui ci était réservé depuis la veille avec un créneau horaire informatif de notre part Nous descendons...pas de table dressée..nous avons attendu un quart d heure sur des sièges de terrasse sans coussins ( il était9h30 ) !..... Une seule table était occupée..le personnel ne devait donc pas être débordé et manifestement on ne nous attendait pas On nous dresse une table après avoir bien pris le temps de débarrasser toutes les autres tables plutôt que d en débarrasser une et de redresser aussitôt notre table : pas d'implication , on se sent quantité négligeable Consécutivement...on n a pas eu droit a une nappe comme les autres tables mais plutôt à des sets en plastique Hotel 5 étoiles ? On nous amène une cafetière archi rebutante remplie de traces de degoulinades Le pain ? C'est une grosse blague.. Industriel et recuit...les croissants industriels, les plus mauvais jamais rencontrés Je demande du pain frais et le garçon me répond : ici c'est comme ça et pourtant la boulangerie est tout près ! En France le pays du pain ! La salade de fruits..? ; .en boite ou surgelée défraîchie les morceaux de kiwis étaient tout mous et même l ananas était ramollo Les confitures banales à en pleurer Hotel 5 étoiles ? Et le prix ? 20 e ! Même pas un bout de fromage RIEN ne justifie ce prix, ni le pain , ni les confitures , ni le service, ni les fruits ni le choix Le point positif de cet hôtel et qui mérite ses 5 étoiles, c'est le parc et la piscine On a intérêt à venir déjeuner et séjourner dans le parc c'est là le meilleur plan ! Pour le reste , prix abusif et non justifié

The hotel forgot to send me the entry code to the room either by email or text and left no functioning number to call. As a consequence, slept in the car. Hotel management not particularly sympathetic. Avoid them and use B&B instead which is more professional.
