衞生不好，牆紙脱落，地面不平有凹陷，電視不好使一個台都沒有。隔音一般。

進樓道進屋全是異味！熱水器熱水温度極低，排風也沒用，沒辦法吹了一晚上的空調，但是大冬天開17度，可想而知！
