酒店服務2分，設備設施1分。
1.住進去三晚，網絡極其不穩定。因為是過來出差住在這裏的，最後一晚需要使用網絡工作，電腦一直連不上網，大約9點50分打了客服電話説派工程師過來看一下。最後到我十一點半睡覺都沒人過來幫我處理，既然不處理那就電話説一聲，也算有個交代吧？不得已衹能連了自己手機熱點流量處理工作。
2.入住這幾天來了很多旅遊的，早上吃早餐的時候人很多，端着餐盤都找不到可以落座的地方，因為桌子上全是吃剩的食物和盤子。既然知道有這麼多人入住，可能會預估來不及收拾餐桌，那為什麼不提早加派人手？有的服務員在餐廳裏走來走去，就是不知道收拾桌子，非要等別人喊他過來才能收拾。

作為一位剛剛從長沙大漢金橋華美達酒店退房的客人，分享一下我的入住體驗。首先，酒店的位置確實沒有市區便利，但相對自駕遊的我們來説，整體還是不受太大影響，酒店緊鄰長沙的交通樞紐，酒店周邊美食超多，離長沙各個旅遊景點也近，讓我在出行和觀光時節省了大量時間。在入住期間，無論是前台接待還是客房服務，對我的要求有求必應，服務態度非常好。酒店房間空間很大，比我在其他入住的一般房間都大一些，房間裏面有小冰箱。客房乾淨，環境也非常不錯，整體調性非常好看，衞生做的特別好。空調給力。性價比高，如果有機會還會再選擇的。
