The location is just perfect. It was raining everyday when I was in Changsha and the location of this hotel is just enough to keep myself entertained for 3 days indoor from the rain. We just have to bear in mind that the lift can be quite slow during the day as it serves the mall as well.

Compare with 5 years ago the hotel already wear and tear.
Very crowded at lift, reception, hotel restaurant, shopping and surroundings area

Very good location. Lots food and shops at same building. Subway just under -2 floor very easy go to any where.

There are no non-smoking rooms available and the smell in my room was accordingly.
I will avoid this hotel if staying overnight in Chengsha again

Great hotel located right at the mega mall and on top of MTR station. Room size is huge too, the hotel has history museum at 11/F for free

我個人對酒店的環境和安靜度要求比較高，所以當時預訂就看中了這家有自己花園的酒店。把自己對房型的需求告知酒店小朱以後，居然還複述了需求跟我確認（當時就覺得很加分了）。入住後，果然沒讓我失望，睡的很好，每天早晨還有鳥鳴，不是那種很吵的鳥鳴聲，就是白噪音那種鳥鳴聲，非常舒適。然後房間衞生也乾淨，安排了滿意的房型，還贈送了一大袋零食（根本吃不完）。然後正好趕上酒店活動，還送了果盤。從前台到大堂到打掃阿姨，都給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。 第一次住酒店住出了家的感覺，以後到長沙的第一選擇了。已經安利給了身邊的親朋好友。 對酒店要求高的親們，這家大膽沖吧。

一切都恰到好處。萬家麗是我此生見到過的最奢侈的賓館，但他們並不鋪張浪費。服務一流、便捷一流（地鐵2號線旁）、服務一流、設施一流。餐飲雖沒有品嚐，但相信沒問題。唯一的缺點就是房間空調噪聲太大，加之棉被太厚，導致睡眠質量有所下降。
