地理位置絕對好，公交車能去很多地方，走着就能隔江望主席像，落地窗前看湘江橘子洲，還給了攻略，實在不錯

位置很好，可以看到橘子洲毛主席雕塑的夜景。樓下地鐵方便，吃飯不是很方便，離商業區較遠，衹能叫外賣。整體還是不錯，性價比很高。
設施：熱水器是電熱水器，不是很方便，需要等很久才能燒好水，水温掉的比較快，需要快速洗完。

位置便利，對面就是橘子洲毛主席像，附近有冬瓜山夜市，杜甫江閣，嶽麓山。
房東小美女非常熱情推薦各種好吃的，好玩的攻略，本地特色美食店鋪，給我們省去很多麻煩。

位置還挺方便，離地鐵站近，再轉高鐵也方便，這是我唯一滿意的，窗外的風景算可以，看出去左邊是湘江，房間的環境算可以，但不算幹淨，感覺沒有認真打掃過，在地上還可以發現之前的住客掉的東西，洗澡的熱水很小，洗頭都要沖很久，最後還是隨便算了，床褥中間都塌了下去的😓😓😓，最後也還是湊合算了，最令我不滿意的就是房東還是前台，我覺得是同一個人，加微信不是住客需要幫忙或有需要的時候可以即時回覆嗎？半天都沒有回應的，那就聯繫手機，不是沒人接聽就回答一句「沒有」，然後馬上掛電話，這是什麼意思？我真的覺得很無語！

浴室乾濕不能分離，用過後滿地都是水，廁所太狹窄，床鋪衹有一邊可以上下，很不方便。外面的風景不錯，室內的實用差一點。

實際入住後沙發上有一些不明液體水漬，衞生清潔不到位，酒店介紹房間的訊息有誤導行為，説是1.8米大床實際為1.5米寬的床，知道我們是女孩子入住還在房間裏放了男士內褲
