Very satisfied, the comfortable accommodation is a comfort for a tiring journey. The distance from the train station and subway station is acceptable. You can eat delicious Hunan restaurants and local noodles within 3 kilometers. The nearest Benluopu is 2 kilometers away and the taste is good.

Good location, close to Changsha train station. We came back from Zhangjiejia and stayed here before going back to Thailand. The hotel is not very far from Wuyi Square, taking a taxi is not very far. And it takes about 40 minutes to go to the airport. strength 1. Apart from the location, the facilities are good. There is a washing machine and dryer on the 5th floor. 2. The employees are very kind. We called to ask for more water. They had a robot come and deliver water, which was very convenient. 3. Can't enter the room The front desk informed us that because the check-out time was 11 a.m., they unlocked it, so we informed Trip.com's CS to check again. It's very good. The environment is very warm. It's very comfortable to stay. The zero-pressure king bed room is super comfortable. It completely relaxes the body. I like this kind of environment and it's very quiet. I also upgraded the room type.

The overall room is very small, much worse than other hotels in all seasons. The location is slightly better, but the overall cost performance is very low. There are many people during New Year's Day, so it is recommended that you travel during off-peak hours

We checked in to the hotel around midnight and a lady staff at the reception was very attentive and helpful. We did not realise that our reservation did not include breakfast but the lady was kind enough to offer us breakfast vouchers as complimentary for our first time visiting, we were so thankful. For the room, we requested non- smoking rooms and both of our rooms look very cosy and clean. Inside of the room feel fresh and no cigarettes smell.🥰 The hotel also have laundry and gym on lower floor which I really wanted to use. My mum and my sister love their toilet paper so much. 🤣🤣 The hotel location is about 10-15 minutes walk to metro station and Changsha station, where we took a high speed train to Zhangjiajie, so this is another plus point from us. Next to the hotel, have an amazing local restaurant and after 11pm. they offer "shaokao" I ate 60 lamb sticks before gone to bed (must try) Inside the room have a very big TV screen about 55 inches, a tea corner with traditional tea pot, which I enjoyed very much. The bathroom have seperate space for toilet and shower room. The bed feel amazing, comfortable and we all had good sleep. My parents wanted to stay longer but we could only stay in Changsha for one night to complete our plan. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and we will definitely revisit this hotel when we come back to Changsha next time. 👍👍

Traveling in the off-season, the hotel upgraded the room type for free, which was great. The room was large, very clean and tidy, with the consistent high quality of the all-season hotel. There is a Gan Changshun noodle restaurant (very famous) downstairs of the hotel, which can solve three meals a day. It is also close to the subway station, so it is convenient to go anywhere.

The front desk helped upgrade the room type and was very welcoming. The robot is also very dedicated in delivering things.

Every time I go on a business trip, I always choose All Seasons Hotel. The customer service is very considerate and I will come back often in the future! The customer service attitude is very, very good. Any problems are solved in time and the room type is upgraded for free. It is a very trustworthy brand, the quality is guaranteed, and the price is affordable. I am very satisfied!
