We had fun! This hotel is so close to Dino park and waterpark. It’s so convenient and close to everything you need as a family. People were kind and helpful. It’s in a great location and has a big play area for kids.

Very close to the dinosaur land, only a minute walk. The room is lovely. Kids really enjoyed the stay, with an unexpected gift at check out :)

入住很順利，酒店設施齊全，小朋友很喜歡，對於酒店管家卞旭東先生馬珍珍的服務非常滿意，有任何問題都可以及時溝通，離園區很近，晚上也有很多吃喝玩樂的地方。酒店裡也有小童專用洗漱用品，馬桶圈，和小腳凳，還有可愛的小拖鞋，滿滿的恐龍元素，孩子都不願意走了，早餐也很不錯種類多。

酒店距離恐龍園步行300米，買的無限次入園門票，很方便，玩了一天晚上回來，掀開被子，發現床單和被罩有血點，聯繫客房立馬換了新的，響應及時並處理了，酒店服務很好特別是服務管家巢佳健添加了微信給了建議，前台張維菁很熱情

1. 設施差，浴室就這樣？浴簾一拉？廁所也一樣
2. 電視機無法觀看，一打開就沒信號，如果不能用，為什麼還掛電視？
3. 服務，晚上19:50開始打總枱電話要水，就沒人接，電話按鈕上的客服服務也沒人接，甚至SOS按鍵也是沒人接….就是晚上一切靠自己了，很難想象這是1000+一晚的度假親子酒店….

很好，衞生環境一流，小朋友在滿是恐龍元素的酒店裡開心壞了，退房時還送了兩個小禮物，又讓小朋友開心了一把。另外管家巢佳健人很nice哦，不但告訴我們附近哪裡有好玩的，還告訴我們哪裡有好吃的，反正有啥不曉得的找他就對了

一站式住宿體驗很不錯。住的是親自部落房。有高低床。1.2米*2米，大人睡也沒問題。管家卞旭東先生熱情周到，到前聯繫，貼心提前備齊房間設備。晚餐定位置，服務很熱情。點贊哦！
酒店的服務很到位，每個崗位都很熱情。套餐也很合理。2天門票，一晚住宿。基本可以玩到所有的項目。酒店離園區也進，進出很方便。想當舒適。
就是早晚餐自助的品質最好還能再提高下。
