I checked in at around 21:40 in the evening. After checking in, I went out for a late-night snack with my friends here. At about 12 o'clock in the night, I was going to go to the hotel to rest. I went to the hotel garage to pick up some toiletries, and then I went straight to the elevator from the garage. I found the 11th floor where I booked a room, and then I called the hotel front desk. I told her that I was in the hotel garage, and the elevator also knew the 5th floor. I asked how to get to the hotel room on the 11th floor. The front desk asked me if I was a guest on the 11th floor? I said yes and told my name. She didn't tell me that the hotel has two elevators. Then she said in a very unkind tone that you just swipe the room card. Where should I swipe it? Then I carried my big and small bags and went to the front desk on the first floor to ask. When I passed by the front desk, there was a security guard. I asked him and he told me to change the elevator. I thought it was over. But when I got to the room, I washed myself and got ready for bed. The bedside table and bed There is a lump of black sexy underwear in the gap! I'm really tired and don't have the energy to bother with your hotel staff about checking out and changing rooms! As one of the best hotels in town, I feel it is unworthy!

For business trips, the hotel has a good location, convenient transportation, decent facilities, and good service. I may choose to stay here again next time.

The elderly returned to their hometown to visit their ancestors. We booked a room for them. We were afraid that they couldn't carry their things, so we ordered in advance to have the gifts for visiting relatives delivered to the hotel. We thought the hotel would definitely help get them to the room. We didn't expect that this basic service was not available, and the elderly had to move by themselves. . . . . . The water temperature for the shower was about 39 degrees, which was hot if you say it was cold. If you say it was hot, you should take a shower at a cold temperature. I stay here every time I go to Changzhou. The environment is good, the service is good, and the breakfast is delicious and considerate.

The hotel is old and the soundproofing is very poor. I can even hear the coughing and plug checking of the neighbors. The neighbors opened the door and chatted until 2 am, which affected my rest. I complained to the front desk twice but to no avail.

Although the hotel is a Ramada hotel, it is very different from a normal Ramada hotel. There is a clear gap in services in all aspects. The hotel rooms and facilities are very simple and shabby. The environment and hygiene are also average. The hotel service is not up to par. It is basically the same as an ordinary express hotel.
