酒店前台需要提供服務意識，態度冷淡。酒店這麼好的位置，如果不加強人員管理，早晚被時代淘汰，希望酒店領導得以重視。

設施：齊全，浴缸淋浴一體，浴缸設計不好，進出費勁
衞生：好
環境：非常好，朝陽CBD，離南北塔，古街比較近
服務：很好
門前可以停車，還有地下停車場

總體是一個不過不失的酒店。位置比較接近市區。吃飯是方便的。因為週中給我升級了套房。離南北塔也很近。走路就可以過去。

酒店位置在市中心，去慕容街、北塔博物館步行即可。房間很大，設施該有的都有，大落地窗很贊，住着舒適。早餐種類較多，吃着可口。需要吐槽的是，電視太小，與酒店五鑽定位不匹配，且電視信號時有時無，牙刷等常用備品太單薄。

每天早上8點左右就能被服務人員吵醒，他們幾個人在樓道里説話聲音很大，搞衞生叮叮噹噹，在屋裡就能很清楚的聽到她們的聲音，完全沒有辦法睡懶覺，衞生間淋浴頭也不能拿下來，淋浴頭在浴缸上方，洗個澡還要在站在浴缸裏。真是一次不好的體驗
