This single room (604) is different from the room photos seen online. The TV channels are inconsistent with the room channel guide, some channels cannot be seen, and the waf signal is unstable. I had no choice but to contact the hotel through Ctrip.com and was told to use 2271188 to contact the hotel. As a result, the call could not be reached at all. I called Ctrip 4 times and asked Ctrip to contact the hotel and ask them to deliver tissue paper to room 604. After a while, the robot came, but the robot crashed and could not get the tissue paper.
