I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly shown to my room. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Chengdu. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a great shower that had strong water pressure—a small detail that makes a big difference. One of the standout features of Crowne Plaza Chengdu is its excellent location. It’s situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. This convenience made my stay even more enjoyable, as I could easily walk or take a short ride to wherever I needed to go. The hotel's dining options were also impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, ensuring that there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was high, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and local specialties. The facilities at Crowne Plaza Chengdu are top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was a great place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the business center, which made it easy to catch up on work when needed. While the hotel is slightly older, it is well-maintained, and the charm of the classic design adds to the overall experience. In summary, Crowne Plaza Chengdu exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and convenience. I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed bag of experiences. The location is absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access key attractions. There are plenty of options for breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. In terms of value, I felt that the hotel was worth the price, especially given its prime location and the amenities provided. However, it's worth noting that the decoration and overall aesthetic of the hotel felt quite dated. While everything was clean and functional, a refresh would certainly enhance the overall experience. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement in terms of decor.

The location is conveniently located near Kuanzhai Alley and other attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Giving us to good advice and helping to book ticket to Research base for Giant Panda. The evening noodle and snack in the hotel restaurant is good, we had the tan tan noodle for supper every night. Recommended to stay.

From the very first moment of my arrival, from the gate to the lobby (polite hotel suff❤️) I was impressed and simply adored our sray at this HOTEL. All was perfect, its location very close, justbnext to Subway (Monastry) station 5min walk, quite close to city center and famous spots. The view from our window was great👍 I'll be back for sure. Thanks much to the STUFF! They even helped me about my tickets issues. All was solved in a quick. Highly recommended! Book, stay and enjoy!🎉🎉🎉

So happy with my one week stay in Dorsett Grand Chengdu!! Had a great service from 小余 Eva during check-in & she was so nice to upgrade me to a Suite!! Love the clean & spacious space… Furnitures & interior were well maintained. Housekeeping sisters are really nice people too, they always gave me things that I need quickly whenever I ask. I must also highlight about the security level at night in the hotel made me feel safe at all times, which are many male staffs looking after at ground floor… Every staffs had made this hotel a great place to stay, well done!! :D

This has been my second time at The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and like the second time, it has been a wonderful stay. The staff is great, and I want to thank especially Crystal, who did extra effort to make this stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet has much to choose from and only high quality products are offered. The spa is great, with a gym, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, whirlpool. And the rooms are very spacious and have a beautiful view. If I were to come to Chengdu again, I would want to stay at the Ritz Carlton again!

We rented two rooms, as they do not have a family style suit. Overall, the place is located at the center of the city. Very convenient with shops and restaurants at walking distance. The hotel seems to be bit aged, but well maintained.
