The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. The butler Shu Yue called in advance to confirm the room information and check-in requirements. They also upgraded the room to the executive floor for free. The stay was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was also very rich, fresh, varied, and delicious. The bed and pillows in the room were very comfortable, hygienic and clean. The first time I stayed at this famous atmosphere hotel, I went to the hotel lobby with my parents. The lobby manager Miss Ding and the housekeeper Xiaoqing received us very warmly.
