已經晚了可他們，為了給客人提供最好的環境和最舒適的環境還在工作！酒店的地磚光亮如新！房間的衞生乾淨整潔！早餐晚餐自助餐也很豐富，最重要的是工作人員很有親和力！

首先表揚酒店工作人員的主動服務意識。用完早餐出來後，不知道去電梯間的路，有路過的服務人員主動過來詢問是否需要幫助，並且指明路線。
房間贈送的手工線香體驗，餘師傅的手工線香服務令人驚歎，他的技藝不僅精湛，而且充滿創意。在製作線香的過程中，他展現了對每一個細節的關注和熱愛。他精選的香料搭配獨特，讓線香散發出一種獨特的香氣，令人心曠神怡。與此同時，他還不厭其煩地向客人傳授制香的技巧和知識，讓整個過程充滿了教育性和互動性。餘師傅的手工線香服務不僅是一次香氛之旅，更是一次深入瞭解傳統工藝和文化的體驗。我對他的服務和專業水平讚不絕口，在這裏強烈推薦。
地理位置也算比較方便，距離文殊院不遠，步行10多分鐘。
對於衞生方面，房間垃圾桶不套垃圾袋讓我懷疑酒店的清潔程度略顯不足，也可能是為了環保。
其他的衞生情況，無論是床品還是用具都算不錯，可以給5分。
房間有一些異味，但是可以開窗通風，也可以打空氣循環系統，過一個小時就沒有異味了，這點問題微不足道。不與其他酒店進行比較的話，也可以打5分。
不得不説，餐廳提供的早餐味道是值得推薦的，而且種類豐富程度也超出預期。非常滿意，打5分。
但是在早餐服務方面，一定是由於上級主管人員的管理水平低下（平時對員工缺少關懷且要求苛刻或過於壓榨）導致員工對待自身工作認同感較差，有大量客人在場的情況下互相交流對工作的不滿。儘管沒有特別出色的表現，但員工們勉強表現出基本的禮貌和熱情，對客人提出的問題能夠及時拒絕。服務人員打5分，管理者3分。
總的來説，西藏飯店應該給五星評價。因為確實值得推薦，下次有機會，我還是會選擇住在這裏。
提出這些小問題，衹是想幫助酒店做得更好。

給我的房間在6樓，房間很寬敞，隔音不錯。
喜歡酒店的裝潢，早餐也還不錯。
體驗了手工制香，小夥子很有耐心，還幫忙介紹了周邊的糕點店，為此跑去文殊院逛了逛，在他推薦的聞酥園和宮廷糕點買了些鹹味的糕點，聞酥園的椒鹽酥真的好吃，而且巨便宜。
酒店位置很好，離地鐵站很近，周邊很多購物和吃飯的地方。是個會想要多次入住的酒店。

非常有特色的一家酒店。藏式風情十足 贈送的藏裝拍照體驗和藏香製作都很有意思。早餐品種很豐富 酸奶酥油茶青稞粥 還有川味餈粑 麪條等 烤吐司和牛角包也很好吃。交通便利 離地鐵口很近 旁邊很多餐飲小吃。服務員都很熱情貼心 會詢問你的意見 睡前還有銀耳湯。特別表揚大堂的呂靜美女 給我們介紹了很多旅遊攻略 教我們拍藏裝照片 臨走還送了小禮物。給我們留下了美好的回憶 賓至如歸的感覺。價位也很良心的。強烈推薦給大家

這次成都之行最滿意的地方就是選擇了入住西藏飯店，我是春熙路踩雷了一晚後看了各種攻略才選中這家，真的沒有讓我失望，以後衹要是我周圍的人來成都一定是首推這。
每個工作人員都很熱情，尤其是前台的一個女經理，及時幫我解決了我衹定了一晚但想再住一天想連住房間不換房和房屋差價的問題。
屋內的窗簾和燈都是智能控制，很便捷，床品潔凈舒適，被子薄厚適中，牀頭櫃下面裝了感應燈，晚上上廁所也不怕打擾到家人；衞生間整潔乾淨，水龍頭沒有任何的水漬印，用起來很舒心，還額外的準備了女孩子化粧的小鏡子和梳粧凳，直擊心巴；最有特點的是電視，做了一個旋轉的櫃式設計，它的屏幕可以旋轉到衞生間的浴缸上面的透明玻璃位置，這樣就能實現一邊看電視一邊泡澡，孩子很喜歡這個設計，真的是用心滿滿。
交通出行便利，離人民北路地鐵很近走路5分鐘就可到達，打車去春熙路也是十幾分鐘的車程，早晨豐盛可以品嚐一下特色的酥油茶和甜茶

地段很好，離文殊院一站地鐵，周邊有天街和萬達，都很方便。房間挺大的也乾淨，算是比較老牌的五星級酒店~1955年就建成了，早餐種類挺豐富的，還有希望特色的酥油茶，甜茶~性價比還是蠻高的
