We had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li for one night, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the seamless and efficient check-in process. The staff was exceptionally professional and welcoming, ensuring we felt at ease right away. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful complimentary services offered by the hotel. We were delighted to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea, which added a touch of indulgence to our experience. Additionally, the complimentary fruit platter provided was a refreshing and much-appreciated gesture. The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax, and it was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect way to start our day. The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of Chengdu, it is conveniently close to the vibrant Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, two of the city’s most popular spots for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This prime location made it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding attractions and fully immerse ourselves in the energy of Chengdu. In summary, our stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li was truly exceptional. From the outstanding service to the thoughtful complimentary amenities and prime location, every aspect of our visit was carefully curated to ensure a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and look forward to returning in the future.

Housekeeping done a great job, front desk staffs are helpful.They been helpful with my parcel order. As foreigners, we really need some of their guidance. Bedroom is comfy, and the water heater n pressure are good too. Only a little transparency on the shower glass, which I noticed this is a norm thing in china. But my preference is still hope the frosted glass can be re enfored . Location is a plus. About 10 minutes to chunxi train station. I will still stay this hotel if I were to go again.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the IFS and Taikoo Li check-in places. The staff's attitude and service are very good. They are very enthusiastic. When checking in, the front desk will pour a cup of rose tea, which is freshly brewed. It is very good. The breakfast hours are also very nice, from 7:00 to 10:00. When we went downstairs to have breakfast at 10:00, it was still open, and we could still eat. This is still good. The breakfast is buffet-style, with both Chinese and Western food. The variety looks good, and the taste is also good. The room is clean, and the bathroom with the shower is dry and wet separated. Overall, it is worth recommending.

The room is nice and mondern with good amenities, facilities, location is accessible. Will consider to book again if I come back to Chengdu.

Excellent service, excellent and clean room. Very spacious. Excellent location, just 5min to chunxi road. I was considering another hotel but decided on Atour. Really correct decision, excellent breakfast and affordable price. Hotel even provide free supper, simple but comfort food. Will definitely book again. We are so happy with everything , hope to come again

She is professional and attentive, she is also stepped forward to help us solve the problem of ordering **. We were so appreciated and her friendly demeanor made me feel at home. Thank you to the team for making my trip memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking top-notch service. I’ll definitely return!

The location of the hotel is super good and convenient for me to go my favourite places that I want especially it is just located at Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and the Chuxi Road subway station is also just less than 5 mins walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and the cleanliness of the room has met my acceptable level👍. I also like the complimentary supper provided by the hotel to the guests as their porridge is really super nice!👍I will definitely stay this hotel again during my next visit to Chengdu🐼🐼!

Thank you Vicky and team for your friendliness and hospitality. You made our stay feel warm. The restaurant team especially the afternoon tea time, the staff were not that approachable or proactive. It’s better be consistent for the whole hotel.

We were there in Chengdu and faced some sudden changes in our itinerary when arriving,the staffs was extremely helpful and friendly in assisting us for all the problems and queries. I had my mother and brother birthdays on the day we checked in, the staff did a lot of surprises with decorations and cards, really appreciate the help from the morning sets of service crew. I may not get their names but i remember the gentleman with spectacles, along with two ladies with great smiles. 100% would recommend our friends or families to choose this hotel whenever they visit chengdu!!!

I last min booked this hotel as I wasn’t happy with my previous hotel. So I booked this hotel at Chunxi Road (near Tai Koo Li) Hotel was so much better than previous one for sure. Paid for breakfast hotel (food literally the same thing everyday) Like: • Location really good and walkable distance to man malls and all but the pick up point for car is always jammed (after 420pm start to Jam) • a lot of food and stores nearby and even IFS shopping Center. • Service was good despite that lady before checking in. • Opposite hotel is train station Dislike: • Carpet Floor • No Fridge • very basic tv / cannot connect phone and all • Pool Closed • Too many people snatching to use the washing machine/dryer. • Came down physically to ask the receptionist if I can straight book a hotel on the spot and how much was it. She told me to check online so I asked her isit she can’t checked on her end now she said no she can check but idk why she dw help me check. (Before stay)
