During our holidays in July we had the chance to stay at the hotel. The location is standing having the view of the whole town of Chios while the service was very friendly and the breakfast just excellent!!

Very disappointing. On one of our nights I arrived late from dinner with my family. About 11 pm. There was a concert for Greek musicians playing which was fine. We were opposite thd pool area where the concert or performance was so it was definitely loud. That is not the bad bit. When I arrived back I had to wait 45 minutes for a car space. So customers who pay to stay in your hotel had to wait for concert goers to leave. When I approached management about this no effort was made. Even when the show finished there was no effort to ask people to leave the car parking area for hotel guests. When I asked if their hotel was a concert theatre of hotel I wasn’t given an answer. You either look after your guests or you get reviews like this. Secondly the pool tiles around internal wall of the pool had so much grime on them and the bar area inside needed a good clean. Fire extinguishers that were so rusted that if a fire started that be useless. There were a few staff members who were great like the cleaning lady for our room and the life saver at the pool.

This hotel is a hotel that you feel like in your home, newly restored, decorated, clean, quiet, at the distance of walking to the restaurants on the beach. The breakfast is not satisfied, unexorbitant but sufficient buffet and enriched with Greek tastes (the hot little Greek cake, the crusher pest). Your eggs, three kinds of cheese, olive, a few kinds of bread, cereals, grain, Greek yogurt, tea, coffee and a large drinking water that you will certainly bring when you sit. No one stays at the reception after just a bit of an hour and there's a bit entry on the side street you enter your home like passwords from the door there... remember to ask this. A cafe open to everyone in the lower floor, but you don't bother. I'll go to Sakız again, I can choose this hotel again. You can go to the beach by car or renting cars (have maps all on the beach) I'll just talk about the problem of the parking.There is an interesting system on the island, wherever it can be parked with a special card, we found a chance place four nights, we didn't eat a penalty, We had rented. I hope it was a good idea, good holidays.

The hotel was excellent, very clean and the people who have it wonderful!!! We felt very familiar and warm from Mrs. Maria and Niko's son ... Their breakfast was very good!!! The hotel is in the central location and everything in the city is easy to access. It is beautiful external and internal with very good aesthetic, the same k rooms which are very clean ... Thank you very much for your hospitality!!!

In positive terms, this is a hotel with an excellent view of the sea, the beach of Karfa right down there is excellent, it is next to the village and right outside has a station of CTEL (although we have not used it) - so its location is generally very good. Staff are very kind, friendly, helpful, and also friendly to AMEA with good infrastructure (entry bars and relatively easy access to all spaces). Unfortunately, there are many negatives: The hotel seems, for some unexpected reason, entrusted and without Operation Manager. While breakfast is good, you find dishes and knives with food residues (!!!), the room is cleaned whenever it is (we ran back 5 in the afternoon and it was still dirty), the service at the pool bar was too late. (you could have waited half an hour to get your order, and almost empty tables) and a little issue was created that seems to be inappropriate (they have noted that a customer complained because we had the TV open. The parking is also a serious problem because it is small and uncomfortable, while customers complained that they saw people parking where they were not customers. I would recommend it only for his wonderful location and the very beautiful beach he has, and if you've decided not to stay in the hotel for long.
