They should check the faulty of the room properly before handling to guest, I had a bad experience in Bath tub

Undoubtedly this is one of the best places to stay in Chittagong. Excellent architect and superb interior design make the hotel one of the best. I Stayed two nights with my spouse, one kid and one infant. The complementary breakfast was delicious having huge options. Location of the hotel is a scenic beatiful place easily accesible to any direction to the city.pool and gym area were much satisfactory. Highly recommended hotel.

In the first week of April , it was a business trip in Chattogram. This time, after frequent staying in another hotel in Chattogram, the hotel is changed into here. Everything was excellent with few exceptions.

A very disappointing experience - airport taxi didnt come despite arranging for airport pickup, no welcome by the frontdesk staff, no greetings, very impolite, get water and sugar mixed for watermelon juice and was told - these are instructions from the top because we are cost-cutting. Light went off every couple of hours, its complete black out in the rooms and elevators get stuck. Extremely disappointing service. (Only appreciable part was Rakib's service in the cafe in the lobby - very polite and well trained)
